V helpful staff. Generally a good hotel. Would stay there again. Drawback- swimming alone is not allowed. So, not good if you are a single person. But the hot tub can be used and was excellent. Breakfast could be a bit better. Still, not bad for £10.00

Very helpful staff, excellent customer communication. Room good size, lots of cupboard space, excellent cleanliness. Very near shops and restaurants. Not enough staff on duty at breakfast, dining area not big enough for the amount of guests. Breakfast overpriced. Nice evening entertainment.

The hotel was really nice and the staff were very helpful. We were able to check in early as our room was ready and we were able to leave our bags at the hotel after checking out so we could go round the town. The room was very nice, although the fridge wasn't very cold and one of the mattresses was very soft, a bit like a water bed but I slept ok. Breakfast was amazing! The choices and taste, the services was very good and we weren't rushed to eat our food. We didn't use the pool, but I'm not sure I liked the fish bowl effect where people from outside can see you in the pool. Overall a very good experience.

Property needs renovation how ever well maintained. Satisfactory loved the location and room. The best of all is staff everyone were good .the Gardner, receptionist both the girl and the boy on the day of arrival excellent service. A credit goes to a young lad came over to the room and fix the Fan. As well as a great smile and service.

My room was stylish, spacious and very comfortable and was “tidied” every day by housekeeping staff. Staff on reception were polite and helpful. I did not use the restaurant facilities or the swimming pool/ jacuzzi so cannot comment on them. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, I enjoyed my stay and the location of it is very good for sightseeing around Bournemouth.

Extremely well managed hotel with good and attentive staff, excellent very well maintained rooms and property overall. A traditional hotel, comfortable with its loung and bar, with none of the weariness, often chronic, associated with hotels of the period. Very well done, please keep it up.
