This brand new Tamarindo house boasts 4 comfortable bedrooms, one including a king bed, another one with 2 queen beds, a 3rd one with two single beds and a bunk bed above with two additional single beds and a 4th smaller bedroom / office with one single bed. Guests enjoy 3 full bathrooms, each featuring a shower and two of them have bidet for added comfort plus an additional half bathroom with a large vanity and shower. The space feels welcoming and beautiful, with air conditioning to keep things cool and amazing ocean views.

Brand new high end design home. Excellent location in Tamarindo surf town. Set on the top of the hill this amazing property has 180 degree outlook over the ocean, beach, mountain and valley breath taking views. This is the owners permanent residence built and decorated with care and attention to detail.
