The Property

Our luxury house features:

4 spacious bedrooms

4 private bathrooms (one in each bedroom)

Capacity for up to 8 guests

Comfortable and modern living spaces

You can book the property in two ways:

✔ Entire house for 2 guests, enjoying maximum privacy and luxury (the other rooms will remain locked). In this case, please make the reservation for 2 guests only and request it.

✔ Up to 8 guests, using all 4 bedrooms. In this case, additional room services for the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th bedrooms must be included.

The base price corresponds to 2 guests using one bedroom, and the rate will automatically adjust depending on the number of guests and rooms selected.

If you have questions about large group reservations, please contact us before booking and we will be happy to assist you.

To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we offer:

✔ Electric generator with lithium batteries for the entire house (up to 8 hours of autonomy depending on usage)
✔ Power supply for all 110V appliances during power outages
✔ 24-hour water supply with additional water tanks
✔ 24-hour security within the residential complex
✔ Private parking for up to 3 vehicles

Cleaning

Cleaning service is not included during the stay.

Guests are responsible for keeping the house clean during their visit.

A $25 cleaning fee applies and is already included in the final reservation price.

Check-in

Check-in is in person. We will personally welcome you to the property.

Before arrival we will request:

Full name of all guests

ID or passport number

This is required for registration with the residential complex security.

Important House Rules

The property is located in a quiet residential area, so respecting neighbors is very important.

Not allowed:

Parties

Loud music

Accessing private areas of the residential complex without authorization

Please respect quiet hours and maintain considerate behavior toward residents.

Windows and Humidity

Please keep the windows closed at all times.

Opening them allows humidity to enter the house, which can damage furniture, walls, and ceilings, especially due to the contrast between the cool indoor temperature and the outdoor climate.

If you would like to enjoy fresh air, you may do so in the front or back patio areas.

Bathroom Use

Please do not flush toilet paper, tampons, or any objects down the toilet.

Plumbing systems in Venezuela can clog easily. Please use the trash bins provided in each bathroom.

Additional Safety

Please keep children away from the generator batteries and avoid pouring water over them.

It is strictly prohibited to manipulate or store fuel inside the residence or in the parking area.

Washing Bed Linen

If you decide to wash sheets or towels, please do not mix them with colored clothes to avoid staining.

Reservations

For security reasons, we do not accept reservations or payments outside of Airbnb.
