3 Bedroom 2.5 bath house located at the North end of 28th Street in Spanish Wells just 20 second walk to Beach. Fully furnished with central A/C free WIFI and cable TV.
1 King with private bath downstairs plus queen pull out sofa in living room.
1 King and 1 Queen bed upstairs with full bath.
Enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water!!!!
We also offer Boat Charters to Swimming Pigs, Fishing, Swimming with Turtles, Ocean Swings, Swimming with and feeding stingrays, snorkeling, beach picnics etc with Capt. Kid & Son Charters, captainkidtours.com

House is in a quiet neighborhood at the end of the dead end street with sand path leading to the Beach just 400 ft away. Area on beach with chaise loungers, chairs, beach umbrella and gas grill all provide. New construction completed in November of 2019. We also have another VRBO property id 1819056 Cozy Cove Cottage and 1846774 Green Turtle that was completed at the same time.
Free Kayak provided for use.
2 Bicycles provided for free.
4 seat golf cart provided for Free !!!!.
Additional 4 seat and 6 seat Golf Cart Available for rent!
House is fully furnished with all linens, bath and beach towels and cooking utensils.
Kayak and bicycles provided for free upon request.
Island is a primarily European based island. It has 6 restaurants, 4 Bars, 1 large very nice grocery store, 2 small grocery Stores, and 3 Liquor Stores.
Island is only 7 miles from closest Airport, North Eleuthera Airport or airport code is ELH. It is a 10 minute taxi ride followed by a 5 minute ferry ride over to to the island. Spanish Wells. Once you provide us with your flight information we will arrange your transportation from the airport to the island with local shuttle company. Cost is only $20/person for both water and land taxi. Once you arrive on island we will meet you and take you to the house and answer any questions you might have and get you all settled in.
In an attempt to make our property more affordable for smaller groups our pricing is based on 1-6 persons. Once correct amount is entered at booking correct price will be calculated. If changes are made to the number of guest home owner must be notified and applicable extra guest fee will have to be paid prior to arrival or access to the property will not be granted. ($35/night/guest).

Good location. We enjoyed our stay. Beds were too firm for all people. Tons of rules to follow. We thought it was a little much. Like they expected you to start washing towels the day you leave but didn’t leave laundry detergent. Needed a broom and dust pan to sweep out sand. There is only 4 chairs to sit on for all 3 non beach front properties. Chairs were comfy and we did enjoy the partial sun shade. Beautiful beachfront

Nice Home at Quite Dead End Street Near Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at Turtle Shell. Nice well kept home with pretty much anything needed. The beach is a short walk down the path and has several chairs, a picnic table with umbrella, and kayaks. Thank you Mr. Jody and family for having us!

Great Family Vacation

This property was absolutely for our spring break as a family! It was a great place to launch our explorations of the island, and we loved how close it was to the beach. We got to do lots of snorkeling and kayaking. I was well stocked and had everything we needed.

Another Great Stay

This was our second time staying on Spanish Wells with this host, and we can't imagine a better experience. The cottage is immaculate, well located. Perfect for a family of four or more. The hosts are the best.

Spectacular home just steps from a quiet world-class Beach

By far the nicest property we have in on Spanish wells. Amazing location and extremely well appointed. Jody and Tara were The Perfect Hosts providing everything we needed during our stay and then some. we would highly recommend this property to anyone and wish we could give it more than five stars

The owners are great and are an excellent resource for anything you could ask. They arranged everything for us, transportation to and from the airport, golf cart rental, and a fishing charter. The house is well stocked, clean and nice.

We couldn't be happier with our stay at Turtle Shell

First off our communication in pre-planning was super quick and super helpful. The place was so cute and comfortable and access to the beach (a spectacular, nearly empty of people beach) was 1 min walk. Spanish Wells is wonderful and we will go back and we would love to stay here again. Thank you Tara and Jody for all the help and for this lovely little gem of a place

Amazing Cottage on Spanish Wells

We had a great time in Spanish Wells. Turtle Shell cottage was very nice. It had everything we needed. The location is perfect. A short walk down a path leads you to the beautiful beach with beach chairs and nice umbrella covering. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We will definitely rent here again

On a pretty little footpath to the beach…

Tara and Jody were wonderful. Extremely accommodating and helpful island experts. House was like new, comfortable, and well-appointed. Thanks for a great trip!
