I made a reservation for six days. On day 5 before 11:00AM I informed the hotel that my plans had changed and i would not be staying the last night. They refused my request and charged me for the room and taxes and fees. I would stay away from hotels like this one that are very unscrupulous.

Bed had hair in it, both kinds, and sheets were wrinkled. Wash cloth with cleaning chemicals in it left on nightstand. Food crumbs on carpet. Breakfast was decent but eggs and potatoes were cold. Coffee good. Nice workout facility with Smith machine.

When checking in, we didn’t have a reservation. The guy at the desk said it would be $170 with a card or $130 cash. I went out to my car and made an online reservation for $102. The room wasn’t even worth that. Both of the queen beds only had two pillows each, the room, window and doors were dirty, and tile was as missing in the bathroom. Where is that ridiculous $170 going?

Safe area that had tons of parking. Very clean modern place. Also extremely quiet. I had a king Room with a very comfortable bed. Shower and bathroom also very clean and bright with updated lighting. The breakfast was very limited, make your own waffles, toast, cereals, yogurt. No Eggs or meat offerings but and nice set up. I found the A/C unit in the room a bit noisy and shut it off completely to sleep. Overall a great place for a good nights sleep while passing thru.

I’m answering the question that was sent in my email about the check-in experience, which was sent to me in an email. The room that I thought I booked a king size handicap accessible room is not handicap accessible. It is only for the hearing impaired. The pictures showing the available rooms are misleading as the rooms don’t exist. It’s false advertising. There’s only one fully accessible room in this hotel and it’s not available. I would have chosen a hotel that have available accessible rooms. I fell dubbed and would like a refund.

It was fine for the most part. Room had a partial roll of TP and no spares. I asked for more to be put in the room, but they didn't do it, so we had to go down and get some more. Elevator broke on Sunday, so I had multiple trips up 4 flights of stairs, including with luggage.
