The air wasn’t working at full capacity but I get it. It was hot so I understand Check in was slow had to wait about ten minutes for someone but they were friendly and polite. All in all I would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

The stay was absolutely 10/10 perfect! Didnt have a single issue or complaint. We stayed for 3 days/2 nights. The front desk gave my boyfriend a toothbrush after finding out he had forgotten his at home. The bed was so comfortable. Ive never fallen asleep on any bed so fast. And they have shanpoo, conditioner and body wash provided in the shower on top of coffee and more. The water got hot and the gym was great too. And the pool stays warm. Didnt have to worry about a cold pool!

Nobody at desk

Waited forever to check in at the front desk. Nobody showed… tried calling the front desk I was standing at, no answer. Finally the front desk guys shows up, said he was sorry, he decided to walk next door and get a coffee. Found a dirty sock in the room on the floor. Hole that were unpatched in the shower from where the curtain bar had been moved. Just not clean in general. Def not what the 8.6 on the reviews had us hoping for.

My stay for was business and I had driven several hours to get to my destination. I had a reservation for a room with a king bed, however the attendant gave me a king handicap room with a tiled walk in shower. When I complained she said she did not have any more king bedrooms and I was forced to accept a room with two queen beds. Upon settling into the room and lying down there is a large party below my room drinking and talking loud on the patio. This went on until about 10:30pm thus preventing me from being able to sleep. Other than these problems, the room was comfortable and clean.

It was in a safe area of town, quiet and the staff was friendly, courteous, professional and had me taken care of in just a couple minutes, thanks to my Expedia reservation. Finally, hot breakfast was complimentary at 6am, which is just what I needed before I departed.

I try to always book hotels that are supposed to have working hot tubs. From now on, I am going to call in advance. This hotel’s hot tub “has been down for some time” according to the front desk. They did put my son and I in a Jacuzzi tub king bed room, and the tub did work. But, we won’t be staying here again. Almost zero places to sit in the lobby too. Generally, I don’t think the owner is interested in keeping this place up. Overpriced for what you get.
