Super friendly and attentive staff. Nice location as well. I ate in the restaurant and the food was cracking.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was like a wonderland from another era. A gem. The food was beautiful and the drinks and wine spot on.

Absolutely beautiful decor and so lovely to be in a renovated old-world building. Pool was fabulous and had a rail going down the steps into the pool, which is great for those with mobility issues like mine.
Sadly the spa was not available as it was undergoing maintenance. I'm not sure how easy it would be to get into though but maybe that is being addressed by the maintenance activity. Sauna is a dry sauna and even after 45 minutes I was not sweating. So, it would be good if you could add water to the rocks. It was great that shower/bathrooms were available to use near the pool and gym and they are spacious. Gym was good too.
Room we stayed in was lovely and while not large was an adequate size. Overall this is a lovely place to stay.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. A gorgeous hotel with great ambience and lovely grounds. Room was comfortable and spotlessly clean.
