The only reason this place deserves more than one star is because of one exceptional waitress who provided outstanding service. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was extremely disappointing. The property is old and poorly maintained, with uncomfortable beds, a musty odor, visible mold, and layers of paint covering previous damage. The bathroom felt unsafe, with a soft, sinking floor in the shower. Overall, I would not stay here again.

The overall experience was excellent. My room had rips in the wallpaper in the bathroom so I hope I will not be charged for that damage. I had to give a $50 incidental fee at check in.

Hotel room was very musty and smelled. Got my son and I sick. Carpet and walls in the hallways were dirty, seemed like there were leaks. Ice machine only worked on the 2nd floor.

This hotel definitely needs a facelift. It seems outdated by at least 30 or 40 years. The beds were comfortable and it was safe and convenient, so it’s by no means unacceptable. My room smelled like mold, possibly because of the lack of bathroom fans. This property is merely adequate. Ain’t great, but it’s not awful either.

Everything was perfectly fine. Only complaint was the dirty carpets in the halls but that didn’t stop me and my partner from having a good stay. Most importantly was the room. Our room was clean and everything worked well (AC, Bathroom, Fridge,etc). Nice little view of the forest behind the hotel. Very peaceful and quiet. Would come again if needed.

The hotel is off the beaten path. It’s a little outdated but it was comfortable enough! The beds were actually really comfortable, and the restaurant/bar was great. The rooms surround a massive atrium with a pool. Even with it being out dated we enjoyed our stay!

We arrived at the hotel after 8pm on the Saturday evening due to Thrifty Car rentals holding us at the airport for 4 hours not having any cars available. The restaurant had closed by 8:30 so that we had to drive 20 minutes off site for a meal. They were able to hold a wedding after hours, but no dining. The next morning, Sunday, the restaurant was again closed, advertised as available for take out, again closed - so no breakfast. Again, we had to travel off site for food. I've worked in restaurants, who closes a hotel restaurant at 8:30 on Saturday and all day Sunday?

The food here is EXCELLENT and the facility itself is absolutely beautiful. The indoor pool is great as well. The staff were attentive and welcoming. The room was as depicted in the photos. This hotel is a GREAT price for the amenities/services they offer! Highly recommend!

Stained smelly hallway carpet. Restaurant food good but only open for dinner. Breakfast and lunch are "takeout" or "room service" only. Very short staffed for morning checkout. Room furniture old and worn.

The hotel is a little old, but it is very clean and pretty for a nice stay! The area around it is wooded and really nice! The staff was very friendly and I really enjoyed my stay. I do wish that they had some vegan items on the menu at the restaurant. There was one veggie burger, but it did not specify if it was vegan and the menu was heavily based on animal flesh and meat. Other than that, the day was great and the price was great! I would definitely recommend recommended!
