This fully renovated space features two king bedrooms, two queen bedrooms, stylish living areas, a chef’s kitchen, and a private deck with a view of Lake Charlevoix. Walk to shops, dining, and the public beach — and enjoy exclusive use of a private 45' boat slip just steps from your door. Ideal for families, boaters, and group getaways.

Lake Street Loft sits in the heart of downtown Boyne City, directly above a charming local storefront and just one block from the waterfront. You’ll be steps from restaurants, coffee shops, boutique shopping, and the seasonal farmers market. Whether you're grabbing a morning espresso or catching a sunset by the marina, everything is right outside your door.

The entrance to the loft is conveniently located to the left of the store front. Guests will find an orange door marked specifically for the Loft's access. You'll receive a unique door code via message 1 day before check-in to access the loft easily and securely.
