Spacious Cottage- walk Downtown- Boat Charter!

This spacious home will allow your friends and family to gather and enjoy everything Boyne City has to offer. A cozy hangout room for kids and bikes available to use are just a few reasons your stay here will be fun and comfortable!

The main floor has a great layout and provides the opportunity to spread out and have separate areas for conversation and gathering. There is a king bedroom with an attached bathroom so stair-free living while staying here is no problem.

Upstairs you'll find three additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. The kids have an additional 'hang out' room with a TV, game system and comfortable couch. We hope to provide opportunities for guests of all ages to enjoy the space, relax and make memories that last a lifetime!

The entire home is yours to enjoy. When you enter you'll find a great laundry room to set all of your recreational toys, coolers etc. The front porch is open seasonally. Inquire about garage space for bikes if needed.

Parking at the house is free and is off the main street. There is room for 3-4 vehicles. Two in the driveway and two in the grass between the sidewalk and the road. Street parking is not allowed overnight in the city.

We allow for 1 dog (pet fee applies) no other animals. No parties allowed.

Great home for our family, we have all older children and rooms were big enough and they enjoyed having their own rooms. Plenty of space to all be together playing cards or games. Perfect location for some great food downtown but also close enough to the mountain to get some skiing in. Great communication with the host, truly cannot say enough good things about this home and host.

Summer getaway!

This place is super special!! Last minute trip to be with family who live on Lake Charlevoix! Was so blessed to find these more than perfect accommodations on such short notice for our group of 11. The yard and all the entertainment the garage holds were great fun for everyone! Wish we could have stayed longer! Easy walk into town to swim, fish, eat or just enjoy this quiet little town! Highly recommend 😍
