Built in 2023, this stunning home offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and serene natural beauty. Ideally located between the golf courses and ski slopes, it provides year-round adventure at your doorstep. Relax in the private hot tub, gather around the custom fire pit, or unwind by the cozy fireplace.

Located on Hole #4 of The Alpine Course, Chalet Noir features six spacious bedrooms and three beautifully appointed bathrooms. Inside, you’ll find a warm and inviting atmosphere with modern furnishings, stylish finishes, and large windows showcasing nature views. Two living areas offer plenty of space for relaxation and entertainment.

The fully equipped kitchen includes state-of-the-art appliances, a ten-foot island, and a six-person dining table, making it perfect for gathering and sharing meals. Chalet Noir is where comfort, luxury, and adventure come together. Rules for the garage, no parking vehicles in the garage,and the golf carts are not available to operate.

Great location and clean house! Stayed during the winter to ski. Easy access Cold Springs trail. Kitchen was well stocked and hosts were attentive.
