The space: This gorgeous 3100 sqft home was designed especially for your stay away from home. Fully furnished and a dining/entertainment room looking out to your very own backyard oasis, which is equipped with a heated pool, jacuzzi and tiki hut. Fully fenced for your privacy, the backyard is the perfect space for enjoying a day of swimming or relaxing in the evening.

The living room is designed to flow directly into the fully equipped, open kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen also includes all the basic necessities, pots & pans, dishes & silverware, that you would need to cook a nice meal during your stay.

The bedrooms consists of 3 large master bedrooms with king size beds, TVs and it's own bathrooms. The 4th bedroom has a queen size bed and TV. The 5th bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed, additional twin bed, and TV for the little ones to share.

Other amenities includes full cable and Wi-Fi access available throughout the house. Also available for use: 2 bicycles & helmet, 2 fishing rod & gear, travel crib and high chair. The house has enough parking for 4 cars.

Amazing Trip

What an awesome spot for our family vacation! The multi levels of the house and numerous bathrooms throughout, was absolutely ideal for our 3 different families to spread out a bit. The pool and backyard are perfect for to relax at any hour of the day/night. The house was very clean and Kenny was very responsive for the few times i needed to contact him. Perfect central location to visit North or South of the area on the east coast. Would absolutely stay here again!

Fun for all

Beautiful house! Kenny(owner) had everything anyone could ask for. Everything worked. Beautiful pool and hot tub(in the pool) putting green, cornhole, tvs outside. Great vibes and so much fun in the Florida sun! Check the cabinets before you food shop. So many spices and basics for cooking there already.

Wonderful experience

We rented the home for ten adults and 3 kids for a family vacation. The layout of the home is perfect for multiple couples. The pool area is beautiful. We used the grill a lot. We had a wonderful time. The home is a short drive to the beach. Kenny keeps such helpful extras around the home like beach chairs, kids toys and bikes. He is very accessible and drops by to help if you need it. We had a great stay and definitely would come back.

Modern House, Resort style backyard

The house was an amazing find for my son’s Spring Break. We had 11 people, 3 couples and 5 boys aged 15-20. The house has 3 en suite bedrooms which was perfect. We didn’t leave the house much as it provided our greatest entertainment. The pool, hot tub, and Tiki hut made us feel like we were at a resort. There were (2) full size refrigerators which were perfect for us as we cooked quite a bit. The drum set and karaoke setup were a great touch. We had a fabulous time and this is one of the best rental houses we have stayed at.

Great Large Group Property

This was a great house for our three families (10 total, 7 adults and 3 kids) to stay in. It was a perfect location for what we needed to get to and very easy to find. The pool was wonderful and the outdoor living set up was great for lounging and enjoying the property. Inside is a ton of space with roomy bedrooms, a comfortable living room, very large dining table and well stocked kitchen. We had one small issue that the property manager came and resolved for us within an hour. This was one of our best rentals we've ever had. If we ever have the need to again, we would certainly rent again.
