The breakfast offerings were horrible so we ate elsewhere after the first morning. They don’t make up your room so no fresh towels for 3 nights.

The hotel is nice for the price which is great for Bozeman where everything can be so expensive. The breakfast area is pretty small with very limited seating. The pool and hot tub were nice. There are train tracks near the hotel with trains rolling through all hours. The staff was very responsive to any requests. I watched a wonderful interaction between a staff member and a child with special needs during breakfast. She took the time to answer all his questions even when he repeated himself. Such good customer service!

The staff were very friendly and the facility was clean. The only downsides were the internet coverage (it kept dropping completely so we used our data) and the road in front of the hotel was closed for construction so we had to reroute.

The facility met all requirements. Loved the card lemon water in lobby. The staff really made the star 5 stars. Stacy met at front desk with smile & mountain people friendliness. Lydia made sure our room met our expectations.The hot breakfast buffet was never empty despite the hotel being sold out.

The bed sheets were dirty. When we asked if there was another room the guy at the desk just handed us a set of sheets and said we would have to change them ourselves because they were sold out of rooms. I couldn't cancel because it was too late to do so in Expedia.
