Cute little beach cottage

This house is right across the street from the beach (15 steps) and is on a quiet part of town. The only issue we had was that it was originally advertised as a 1 BR for $120 a night, when we received our email confirmation, it was 2 BR's for $250 a night. The location is great, the house is a perfect little beach cottage! The representation for what is advertised is disappointing because its more of a beach cottage NOT a room.
