Good: Location was great and so close to the beach. We took advantage of the chairs and went to beach few days. Opportunities: with no guest being at the property ahead of us, I would have expected some of the items to be fixed. Fee cabinets in the kitchen had broken drawer handles, master suite bed was very noisy, internet connection was terrible and TV’s pretty much could not be watched in the evenings. Suggestions: make sure you grab small condiments like salt and pepper as there is nothing at the property. We stayed at other places that had basic stuff to get you started. Also, plates and utensils are all over the place. Spending $200-$300 could fix this quickly and make it more appealing for customers to return.

Godd Location, But That's About All

While our trip was excellent, the property was not. First, gaining access was a challenge. We were given the wrong code, which happened to be the owner's unit on the other side of the duplex. The second code didn't do the trick either. It was the third code that worked. Some things to note...the bed in the master bedroom was horrible. It squeaked practically by just breathing. The "heated" pool was only heated on the first day. When we called about it we were told that it was on a timer and would work again at some point on day two. It did not. Oh, the jets did come on and worked; however, only shot out cold water. This is not typically an issue in Florida, except that it was cold during our stay, so the heated pool was an important feature. We had also planned to grill during our stay; however, not only were the pictures deceiving...showing a build-in summer kitchen, when there was really only a free standing grill...but there wasn't any propane for the grill to work.
