Newly decorated for the 2024 season, it features fresh modern beach decor and is fully equipped for your maximum comfort and enjoyment - including new mattresses, bedding and linens for this 2024 Spring/Summer Season.

As you step onto the white sands and feel the sand between your toes, you'll know you've found the perfect spot to recharge and create unforgettable memories with your loved ones. The spectacular balcony offers unobstructed views of the breathtaking Anna Maria Island sunsets, and you will more than likelycatch a glimpse of playful dolphins and manatees swimming by.

Inside, the home boasts high-quality finishes and a gourmet kitchen, allowing you to prepare delicious meals while enjoying the stunning beach views. With two spacious bedrooms, including a master with a king bed and a guest bedroom with two queen beds, all furnished with new superior-quality mattresses, and new pillows a restful night's sleep is ensured for every guest. Each bedroom features a flat-screen television, and the two deluxe bathrooms with natural stone finishes create a spa-like atmosphere.

We had a lovely stay. The proximity to the beach can't be beat...with the option to watch each beautiful sunset right from your lanai. Plenty of beach chairs and towels to use as the condo was well equipped for everything you need. Beds were very comfy too! And there was ample parking so never an issue getting a spot. Didn't make it to the pool, which is quite small, but never really needed to since the ocean water was blue, beautiful and refreshing every day!

The host was very welcoming. Easy check-in and check out. The condo is clean, stylish and comfortable. It's a corner unit with an expanded view. The condo complex is small with plenty of parking. And, you can't get any closer to the beach!

Modern decor with a beachy vibe, is how I would describe this beautiful condo. It was exactly what we were looking for. The location was perfect, right on the beach and close to some really great restaurants and shops on Bridge Street. There were plenty of beach towels and chairs provided for relaxing on the beach each day. We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone wanting an amazing vacation on Anna Maria Island.
