Welcome to LaCosta 203

This is a lovely corner unit with huge side window to add to the already gorgeous views. Our owners have made some important upgrades that will make staying here even better. There are new beds throughout, including two full size beds in the Guest Bedroom so this unit now sleeps 6. Plus, they have now added a washer and dryer so you can launder your beach gear right in the unit.
But that’s not all. Here’s some of the other things that make LaCosta 203 special:

There is also a lot to do in the surrounding area:
La Costa is in walking distance from the Historic Bridge Street, the Hub of entertainment in this wonderful beach community, a street where you can shop, dine, and play from beach to bay. The free trolley also makes a stop on Gulf Drive, very close to La Costa. Take the trolley to the beach or anywhere else you want to visit on the island without worrying about getting sand in your car. Visit downtown Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach, or any of the local restaurants or establishments. You can even jump on the trolley for just a scenic ride around the island! In addition to the free trolleys, locals and visitors alike can travel up and down the island for exceptional quality seafood restaurants and coastal living shops via bike, golf cart, kayak, or boat. This area also offers a great variety of boat tours, fishing charters, parasailing, scuba diving, and Golf among many other exciting activities. There is no better way to experience Florida’s Gulf Coast than spending your vacation at Anna Maria Island.

Amazing

The location of the complex and the specific unit were great. We enjoyed the screened porch every evening. The sounds of the waves was mesmerizing, we never put on any of the televisions. I would recommend this unit to anyone who is able to walk up and down the stairs. I would recommend the investment of a locker for this unit down on the beach. We used our vechicle to store our beach things but if we didn't have a vechicle we would have needed to carry everything up and down.
