Come relax and enjoy this stunning 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, second level, recently updated condo at Runaway Bay. Runaway Bay is a bay front complex that is less than 1/2 block away from the beautiful beaches offering you all of the conveniences you would want in an island stay. The complex has a large heated pool. from the pool you can stroll down the boardwalk to the bay where you can take in the scenery & wildlife or you can walk to the Gulf to enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches. Runaway Bay also offers a tennis court, fitness center, and shuffleboard court. Offering something for everyone; it's a wonderful Anna Maria Island vacation destination.

Beachside Oasis at Runaway Bay has recently been updated and offers all the comforts of home with all new flooring, paint, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertop in the kitchen with breakfast bar, bathrooms, and new furniture throughout. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom while the second bedroom features 2 full-size beds. The living room opens up to a screened balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening meal overlooking the pond. There is a full-size washer and dyer in the unit along with high speed WiFi throughout.

Truly a perfect place to stay!

Beautiful, completely remodeled condo just minutes from the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Lots of fun things to do on the property like the pool, shuffleboard, tennis and pickle ball. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could want or need. Truly a perfect place to stay!

Very comfortable and well maintained property. Unfortunately, due to ongoing repairs from hurricane damage last fall, the pool was not available, and there is construction ongoing. This did not detract from my stay, however. Glad to help keep tourism going on AMI as they rebuild!

Beautiful accommodations!

Beautiful accommodations, great clean pool, really nice finishes throughout the condo and perfect location. Nicely situated between the bay and the gulf's white sandy beach, we enjoyed that we could watch the sunrise with our coffee and the sunset later that evening all within a few steps from our balcony. We walked to town most nights for dinner/shopping-- what a cute beach-town. Great place for a family of up to six or a group of friends. We can't wait to go back!

Amazing Location!

This place was just amazing! Across the street from the beach (Golf of Mexico), beautiful pool at the place and very friendly and kind guest who also stayed there. The island has many fun things to do weather it's just for you and your significant other/friends, you with the whole family or a solo vacation. Either way there is always something to do there. I would most definitely recommend this place because I will most definitely make this location a yearly thing.

Great location and nice unit to stay in

This is a nice condo complex with a great pool and just across the street from the beach. People are very friendly and there is a tennis court and also pickle ball. Our unit was nicely decorated and very comforable. Excellent TV. Unit is well stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, coolers etc. Easy to walk to several restaurants and the Bridge Street area. We will return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Beachside Oasis at Runaway Bay! The property was clean and updated! Sea breeze agents contacted us a few times with the first 24 hours to make sure we didn't need anything and that our check in process went smooth. The condo had everything we did and didn't think of - canopy, beach toys, chairs, pool toys, beach wagon, etc.The kids and my husband and I were impressed by the details. Kitchen well stocked with even an air fryer. We'll be back! It was a great vaca!

One of a kind establishment

I could not have been more impressed with my stay at this condo. From the updated decor and exceptional cleanliness to the scenic view of the pool, and convenient accessibility to the beach, this condo was first class all the way. This newly remodeled second floor sweet, with a quaint balcony two good size bedrooms and two fully updated bathrooms was more than anyone could ask for. I would strongly recommend this condo to anyone interested in enjoying their stay, and not having to deal with the inconvenience that often comes with more outdated units. This place is 5 stars.

Great Time

I came here with my Husband and 4 year old daughter on October just a few weeks after Hurricane Ian. The condo, if it was affected, did not show any signs of damage. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the unit and all the kitchen/bathroom supplies that came with it. The bedrooms were nicely furnished and the bed linens were super clean and very comfortable. Great location with the beach just across the street. I would definitely recommend using a bike or golf cart to get around. One place I highly recommend is eating at Sage's Biscuit company. It's located off the island but SO worth it. The condo was great and I can easily recommend to anyone visiting with a family. LOTS of beach toys, chairs, etc provided at this condo.

Had one of the best 3 day weekends i have had in a long time. The Condo is beautiful and you can tell it has been newly renovated. Spacious 2 bedroom with a full kitchen for when we wanted to cook. Who wants to cook on vacation? There is a smokehouse right next door to the condo complex and some of the best restaurants i have ever been to all within walking distance. This condo is literally less than a quarter mile between the bay and the gulf of mexico. I watched the sunrise on the bay and watched it set on the gulf. I have been all over florida but this island is my favorite. We had some of the best service in the restaurants we went to and the night life included live music at multiple venues with outstanding local drinks. This place is a gem. Next time we book it will be at least for a week as there is a ton to do and explore! Simply outstanding location right in the heart of the island. Looking forward to coming back.......

Great Property and location

We've stayed at Runaway Bay several times over past few years. This interior of this unit was by far the nicest. Everything has been updated - kitchen well equipped (there was even an air fryer) The closet on the porch had everything you could possibly need - chairs, cooler, umbrella, beach cart, pickle ball equipment. Runaway Bay has a great location - right across the street from the beach. Very walkable to many restaurants. The pool is awesome too. The only thing that was a bit disappointing and nothing to do with the unit nor the management company or owner - the gym. It is very very small. Some of the cardio equipment either not working or broken pieces. The weights for the most part were rusty and dirty. Bring gloves or your hands will be filthy. It would be nice if the condo association did a refresh on this space. We've already booked for next year.

Our family loved our stay at Runaway Bay. Excellent location, only a couple minute walk to the trolley stop and you literally walk across the street to the beach. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy the pool and the beach. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again.

Beautifully Decorated, Newly Renovated Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at BeachSide Oasis at Runaway Bay 229. We did not want to leave. The property was beautifully decorated in coastal decor. Everything is updated and newly renovated. The kitchen appliances are new. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. Two beautiful bathrooms with great water pressure in the showers. Comfortable beds. Everything you need for the beach is in the closet on the balcony. Good quality bath and beach towels are provided. We were also very happy with the property manager, Seabreeze Vacations. They were great!

Fantastic!

Our stay at Runaway Bay 229 was fantastic. The online booking and respond to questions before the trip were done timely and very helpful. Upon arrival, we were given our room door code along with other information related to our stay. The condo was awesome and very well maintained. We couldn't have asked for anything better. The additional amenities of beach chairs, umbrella, utility cart, etc. were an added bonus to help us make our beach time very enjoyable. We can not wait to go back!!!
