The Space:

This delightful 1-bedroom rental is perfectly situated across from the beach offering you the ultimate seaside escape. The living area is tastefully decorated, creating a cozy space to unwind and plan your beach excursions. The living room contains a pull-out couch with matching chair, built in kitchen seating with under-bench storage and a Smart TV. The bedroom is a serene retreat with a comfortable king-sized bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.



While the 2024 hurricane season was devastating, it also provided the opportunity for a floor to ceiling renovation of this vacation rental. This unit is how fully restored and better than ever, featuring all-new interior finishes, updated systems, modern amenities, and thoughtfully curated design details throughout.



All units are accessed via our lush, red brick tropical courtyard with seating areas for outdoor relaxing /dining and gas grills. Washer and dryer are available on site for no additional charge. Each unit is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella and has access to our shared beach carts and fishing equipment. Property is equipped with an outdoor shower.

My husband and I had the best time here. The property is in a perfect location and walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Cute little cottage close to the beach and a short walk to bridge st pier. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the courtyard was delightful for sitting and reading. We appreciated having access to beach equipment and towels! We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely stay at Anna Maria Island

We had a wonderful time at Island Getaway. It was a great location. Close to the beach and restaurants. Loved the Courtyard area for hanging out. It was a nice quiet place to enjoy. We walked everywhere. Chris was very responsive. We would love to come back again.

Wonderful stay

It was a good time and we enjoyed ourselves. Could have used a regular coffee pot instead of the little one. It only makes 3 cups of coffee. Not good for coffee drinkers. Water comes out of the shower doors onto the floor if the shower head is moved around at all. Other than that we had a great stay.

Property was nice a quiet. Beautiful garden inside. Only few steps to ocean on one side and nice bay on another. You are in between two beauties for sunrise on one side and sunset on other. It is close to restaurants and grocery store. The beach was clean and nice. Ocean water is clear.

One of the best VRBO’s we’ve stayed at!!

We had an excellent stay! Really clean and cute! Had everything you could need and then some for your stay! Really close to the beach and restaurants! We liked it so much we tried to extend our stay another day or two but unfortunately for us it was already booked. But we will definitely stay there again!!

Despite other reviews that the shower is too small, it’s perfect if you aren’t Andre The Giant or, struggling with obesity. Perfect for me at 5’11”. I absolutely loved this place. The ambiance, the character, the location, the up-to-date furnishings. I long to go back. Perhaps a rave review isn’t beneficial to me as I’ll have to compete with you for rental in the future! Cross the street, and you’re on the beach. Location is optimum, yet seemingly secluded. Oma’s, the best pizza I’ve had (and I don’t like pizza much) is dangerously right around the corner. Superb amenities. Forgot your lotion, shampoo, conditioner, soap, dish detergent, laundry essentials, and good mood? THEY GOT YOU. I was in heaven all by myself and I never turned on either large screen TV the entire time. Rent this place out from under me and I’ll be really sad. So therapeutic, I wish I never left.
