4-Plex Apartment "B" (first floor, southern sunny end unit, post storms restored / all new interior-additional updated pictures soon) is located just across Gulf Drive from the Gulf ocean and in the middle of Bradenton Beach city on southern end of the top rated Anna Maria Island.

Walk to all convenience: Walking distance to the best the island has to offer, including the FREE AMI Trolley, Historical Bridge Street, The Bradenton Beach city pier, the Bay, lots of restaurants, shops, bars, ice cream parlors, and of course one of the BEST island beaches in America.

Watch the frequently seen dolphins from the beach just across Gulf Drive... Stay here for your beach wedding or family reunions.

An hour or so before the sunsets, fire up the large all stainless grill in the enclosed picnic area (lighted & on property) and enjoy your meal while watching the sunset from your apartment window...

Mike’s place is great
clean, cozy and convenient to all that Anna Maria has to offer. His communication was excellent. (Always got quick replies any time I reached out). The bed is super comfortable and the location was perfect. Right across the street from beautiful Bradenton Beach. We saw dolphins and manatee pretty much every day and the walk to Bridge Street takes mere minutes. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Mike’s place!!!

This place is a prefect location if you are planning to walk while on the island. Right across from the gulf. 5ish min walk to the bay and about the same for bridge street and several restaurants.

Beach trip

The location was nice only you cant see the beach from the room like the pictures show. I thought i would be able to walk out the front door and see the beach thats one reason why I booked this location. Also all the equipment is old and frail. Ripping apart from the sun. It raind and we were on the back patio and wanted to put the umbrella cover for the table but it was broken so we had no protection fprotection from the rain. . But it was ok for the price i guess.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The location was superb, just a short walk to the beach, making it very convenient for daily visits. The condo had everything you would need for a beach day: a small cooler, a wagon, beach chairs, an umbrella, and plenty of towels. Communication with Mike was excellent- he was always quick to respond and very helpful, especially when we had a minor issue that was resolved promptly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would stay there again.

Well needed vacation

We had not been away for many months, so this trip was well needed. The apartment was cute and had all the amenities. The one picture that shows the beach directly across the street was misleading, as there was a valet parking lot across the street and to get to the beach we had to walk to the corner, wait for the crosswalk signal, cross the street and walk a couple hundred feet to the beach access. I feel this should be mentioned. There was a beach wagon for use, but we opted to carry our beach gear. Overall it was a nice, clean and comfortable stay.

My husband and I loved our stay at Villa B. The place was equipped with everything we needed for a great time. The location is great, walking distance to all the best restaurants and bars. We especially enjoyed the very comfortable bed with high end, super soft sheets. We will be back!
