Discover the tranquility of Bradenton Beach, nestled on the serene Anna Maria Island along Florida's Gulf Coast. Welcome to Island Breeze, Unit A—a charming vacation rental offering the perfect blend of comfort and convenience amidst the idyllic backdrop of this old Florida town.

Situated just a block and a half from the pristine Gulf beaches and the inter-coastal waterway, Island Breeze is a beautiful duplex crafted in 2008. Tucked away in a peaceful community, yet conveniently close to the island's finest dining, shopping, and entertainment options. The house offers two mirror image units so you really can't go wrong with either one.

Step into the newly decorated great room, where comfort meets coastal elegance. This inviting space opens up to a spacious deck, perfect for soaking in the warm Florida sun. The kitchen, designed for both functionality and style. A spiral staircase off the kitchen leads to the rear deck, providing convenient access to the alley access parking area.

Retreat to the master bedroom, adorned with coastal furnishings and a plush king-size bed. Enjoy moments of relaxation on your private deck, offering glimpses of the gulf and two inviting chaise lounges. Indulge in the spacious master bath, featuring a large two-person walk-in shower.

The queen bedroom exudes "Island chic" style, boasting breathtaking views of Palma Sola Bay. Meanwhile, the cozy third bedroom offers comfortable bunk beds with custom ensembles and the family room couch offers a queen sleeper sofa - ideal for families or groups.

On the ground level, a large Florida room awaits, adjacent to the newly built pool (2020). The private "Kitchenette" area offers a cozy spot to unwind, complete with its own TV and refrigerator with ice maker. Outside, the lanai beckons with its gas fire pit and exterior seating—perfect for chilly evening.

Island Breeze, Unit A, comes fully equipped with all the amenities you need for the perfect vacation, including bicycles, a beach cart, chairs, towels, beach toys, and coolers.

This was our first visit to AMI. Excellent accommodations all around. Responsive & kind host. The outdoor living features, bikes, and beach/pool supplies were a highlight for us (family of six, ages 10 to 45). Easy walk to the beach and to the free island trolley stop. Quiet area perfect for a laid-back vacation spot.

Absolutely perfect in every way!

We’ve stayed at this Anna Maria Island home twice and can’t recommend it enough. The location is perfect, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, yet quiet and relaxing. The pool is spotless and inviting, and the house is fully stocked with everything you could need. The owner is incredibly responsive and easy to work with. This place truly feels like a home away from home — we’ll definitely be back!

Short Visit to Anna Maria

The property is in need of repair and paint, there are patches of unpainted surfaces in the bathrooms, the TV in the main bedroom was not connected to cable and was missing the remote, you could hear the noise and tv from adjacent unit, the drip coffee maker couldn’t have been any worse, sorry I like my coffee brewed in a proper coffee maker. It took forever to get the TV in the lower patio to work it was not properly connected, the beach accessories were phenomenal, so were The washer/dryer and the beds were comfortable, but the linens were sub par, i guess I was expecting more!

Family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Easy walk to the beach access. Beds comfortable. Beach towels and house towels could be nicer and carpet in secondary room needs cleaning, it was very dirty looking. Otherwise everything seemed clean.

Love this spot!

This home is a block and a half from the bay and the gulf so the views for sunrise and sunset are spectacular. The white powdery beach cannot be beat.The home is comfortable and the host is VERY attentive!We can’t wait to go back!

House with everything

If your traveling this house has everything you need such as beach chairs, towels, a wagon to walk everything to the beach which is so close, beautiful beach, high chair, everything you need in a kitchen, pool and great outdoor area and tvs in every room including outside. We had a great stay.

Family Time Beach/Bay Side

Location location location. This property is located a block of the beach in the middle of the block you have easy access to both the 25th & 26th street beach entrances (no parking for cars or carts at either entrance). Additionally about 1.5 blocks from the bay and a SUP/Kayak launch. The property appeared to have been recently updated with new main level furniture, and bedding in the bedrooms. Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, living area (limited seating), downstairs patio and pool area all great. The only issue was the kitchen, it was not well stocked for cooking and the cooking pans, utensils, etc. were not very clean with food still on most of it. Certainly an easy fix with a bit of elbow grease. More plastic plates for poolside dining would be great too. Overall a great stay and would book again!

Family Girls Trip

We stayed at this property together as sisters with our mother. The property was in excellent condition and exactly as advertised. We stayed at this property due to all of us wanting our own rooms and the privacy was well worth it! We’d love to go back next year with more family to stay at the adjacent unit. The property manager never took more than 10 mins to respond to questions and was very communicative. We hope to be back soon!

Perfect Family Getaway

The location is unbeatable—just a short stroll to the stunning beach, making it incredibly convenient for our daily beach outings. The house itself is impeccably maintained with a gorgeous interior that is both stylish and comfortable, accommodating guests of all ages seamlessly. The pool was crystal clear and perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach. We especially loved the shaded area under the pool deck, providing a great spot to relax out of the sun while still enjoying the poolside atmosphere. It was perfect for the kids to play safely and for the adults to unwind. This house truly offers the best of both worlds—a tranquil retreat with all the comforts of home and easy access to the beautiful beach. We can't wait to return and make more wonderful memories here.
