Welcome to this stunning townhome nestled in beautiful Bradenton Beach, just a short stroll away from the sun-kissed beaches. This freshly redecorated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath gem is a perfect blend of modern style and relaxed coastal living.
As you step into the townhome, you are greeted by an open-concept floor plan which connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The two living areas offer a cozy haven with plush seating, including a sofa with pull out bed in main living room. Enjoy two balconies with gorgeous views every morning and night.
The dining area features seating for six, creating a delightful setting for enjoying meals with family and friends. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware, utensils, and dishware you'll need to satisfy your culinary cravings. Washer and dryer included in home. There is a highchair, pack n play, and folding table with four chairs available for your use as well.
Sleeping arrangements in the townhome consist of three beautifully appointed bedrooms, accommodating up to six guests. Please note that children aged 3 and younger are not included in the occupancy count. The master suite is a serene oasis, featuring a comfortable king-size bed and private balcony to enjoy the sunrise. The second bedroom with two twin beds and third bedroom with twin bunks, with a twin trundle that can be converted to a twin and king.

The best vacation ever!

I can’t say enough good things about this place!!! We have loved every minute of it! The location was perfect! The house was ideal for our family of four ! I spent every morning drinking coffee watching over the bay and I’m gonna miss it so much! Hosts were absolutely amazing! We booked this same place for next year already! Thank you for making our family trip unforgettable!

Perfect!!!!

We stayed the week of Christmas, we had the most amazing time! The location was perfect, the views from the house were breathtaking! My favorite part was waking up and seeing the sunrise over the bay right from the master bedroom. We had everything we needed and my husband loved the dock and caught lots of fish!

What a Lovely Setting

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It appears recently refurbished - new carpet, paint, and designer touches. Clean and neat as a pin. We will return here. Two minor topics but worth mentioning - First, the property owner left a minivan in the garage preventing renters from parking their car under cover. Not a biggie but wish it was disclosed - virtually every other condo in Bermuda Bay has access to a garage. Discussion with the property manager was unfulfilling. Second - this property had a little problem with ants in the kitchen - probably just needs their monthly visit from the bug man. Again, a lovely unit and we would return in the future.

Can’t wait to come back!!

We have absolutely no complaints about this rental! It was very clean and in a great area. Very short walk to the beach. Sunsets were beautiful from the back deck. It was very quiet in the evening sitting out on the deck as well. Kids enjoyed the pool and were often the only ones swimming. Beds were comfortable and loved all the beach equipment in the garage!

Stunning condo, everything you could want

I travel multiple times a year, and can say that the Point at the Bermuda Bay Club was absolutely immaculate, beautifully presented, equipped with everything you might possibly need and a pleasure to stay in. Check in was seamless, a small gift from the agent, the whole place was spotless, all beach items were provided, the kitchen was fully equipped and the bed linens were comfortable. The bay view from the living room and master bedroom was lovely. Anna Maria Island was not really “our thing” as we normally stay at much quieter gulf coast keys, where nature abounds, but in terms of where this condo is, it is well placed with the beach across the street and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. If you love AMI, you will love this unit. Thank you to the owners, for an impeccable rental property, with great decor and a cool vibe.
