With a brand new heated salt Pool/Spa, a Covered Patio and enough seating and games for whatever you might need or want, this Incredible Vacation Rental sleeps up to 12 people with 6 beds including 5 Queen Size beds & 2 Twins.
----- IMPORTANT BEFORE YOU BOOK -----
The property has 3 motion activated cameras as well as 3 motion activated lights for added protection and safety.
* There is NO smoking in the home or anywhere inside the pool cage.* This includes vaping, chewing tobacco, hookah pipes, or any smoking of any kind.
**Property has 2 KITCHENS- A full sized kitchen inside (all Brand NEW appliances....Fridge, Oven, Microwave & Dishwasher) - OUTDOOR KITCHEN is located next to the pool and is nicely equipped with most cooking items typically found in indoor kitchens. Both kitchens have GRANITE Counters throughout! Also, due to the typical Florida heat and the native bugs the built-in grill pictured in the middle of the outdoor kitchen is not usable. Guests are asked to use the brand new portable propane gas grill for any of their grilling needs.**
----- CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES -----
Check-in time is: 16:00 (4 PM)
Check-out time is: 11:00 (11 AM)
It may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check out and we'd be happy to accommodate you if possible however sometimes we have other guests arriving or leaving the same day so it's not always possible. The early check-in or late check out fee (if possible is $250)
Please let us know after you book if you would like to see if early or late check out is available for your stay.

----- RENTAL AGREEMENT -----
Please note you will need to sign a separate rental agreement and provide a valid Government issued ID, Passport or Drivers License before being allowed access to the property.
----- DAMAGE WAIVER -----
Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

----- TRAVEL INSURANCE -----
For peace of mind we recommend travel and trip insurance to cover you in case of flight delays, cancellations, liability, health and loss and damage to personal items.
----- NUMBER OF GUESTS -----
The total number of persons allowed in the home at any one time is restricted to the number of persons scheduled and paid for at the time of booking. Please be upfront with us, we will take care of you.
----- VISITORS OF GUESTS -----
Booking guests are allowed up 8 additional visitors over and above the number of paying guests. These visitors are limited to day time visits 9AM to 10PM only.
Otherwise, double extra guest fee will apply if not disclosed before check-in. Should a group misrepresent themselves and arrive in numbers beyond the reservation count or other guests (or over the limit visitors or AFTER hours visitors) attempted to be added later/after hours, there will be a fee of $100 per guest per night required to be paid for excess guests immediately or (in case of what is considered gross misconduct or misrepresentation) denied the right to stay in the home altogether without refund.
----- SECURITY CAMERAS -----
The property has outside security cameras for your own security. One facing to the street in front of the house and one in the outside backyard area. There are no cameras inside the home. Please do not tamper or try to disable these cameras because it will result in a $500 fine & Immediate cancellation of the remaining time left on the booking. Any remaining days or time will be forfeited & will not be refunded.
----- PETS -----
Due to future guest allergies pets of any kind are NOT allowed in or on the premises. A pet, or evidence of a pet, found on premises will cause immediate eviction, and the guest’s rent and deposit will be forfeited.
----- ONE LAST THING -----
This vacation home has been very popular and is often booked back to back. If your dates happen to be available we highly advise you lock in your dates to secure them in before they get taken by someone else.
