Amazing!
Publié le 14 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay at Casa Mia, It was clean and very nice! The only thing I didn't like were the Beds, they were not comfortable at all. I loved the area, so much to do and see, and everything is right there!!!! Great German restaurant, next to Publix. We would think about going back! Richard was very helpful and nice!!! He also has 2 other places to check out!!!

Publié le 6 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was our 2nd stay. As always, the host was very nice to deal with and was always prompt in answering.any questions we had. Staff was friendly. Property was clean and landscaping was.well maintained. Disappointed.that swimming pool needed to be cleaned a little better from the debris and that the hottub was out of order for almost the entire.week. Overall it was a great escape from reality!

Great communication from the host

The one thing that was not as advertised was the “stocked fishing lakes” - there water features on site, but the they were very shallow and no fish were to be found. Don’t pack a fishing pole.

Hi John – Thanks for being a great guest. You were also very easy to communicate with! Regarding water levels and fish: Unfortunately, I don’t have control over the monthly rainfall Florida experiences which affects local ponds and lakes, only the big guy upstairs can control that! Also, maybe the fish weren’t biting that day, but as a fisherman there myself, I can assure you that there are definitely lots of them to be caught in the pond :)

Overall nice stay
Publié le 23 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayCentral location to beaches/restaurants. Clean place with lots of amenities at the clubhouse. Richard kept in touch with necessary information. My only complaint would be the beds. Not very comfortable and a bit noisy.

During the renovation, we also updated our mattresses to top of the line Posturepedic medium firm mattresses - the same ones that are also used in high end hotels. Given the diverse preferences of our vacation rental clientele, we aim to provide mattresses that would be comfortable and enjoyable for the significant majority of our guests with the understanding that in rare instances, some people may have very specific personal preferences for softer or firmer mattresses which is completely understandable. Nevertheless, I’m glad you had a wonderful stay and you are welcome back anytime!

Cute condo with pleasant view of pond and wildlife.

So nice to look out of main living area to watch wildlife (ducks, turtles, spoonbill, etc) in the pond. Location was central to restaurants, shopping and beaches. Condo could use some updating in kitchen and baths. Richard, our host was attentive and helpful with restaurant suggestions. We enjoyed our stay.
