At The Surf Suite & the Captain’s Quarters you will find a welcoming interior making you feel right at home. Both spaces have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to whip up a quick meal. Both living rooms have plenty of space to sprawl out, relax, and stream your favorite show. There are two bedrooms and 1 bathroom in each unit. The main bedroom has a queen bed, smart tv, and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a twin pull out trundle bed. The bathroom has a shower/ tub combo. 1,384 sq ft.

Great location and neighborhood. There is a laundry shed in the parking lot. The garage on site (nothing to do with the rental) is still in need of repair from the recent hurricane (it is in the works).

-This rental is a duplex. You will be renting both sides of the duplex.
-There is washer and dryer
-No dishwasher available.
-The yard is not fenced in.
-4 parking spots
-2 well behaved dos are allowed with a few additional rules.
-Include up to 2 dog in booking so the pet fee is applied.
-Pick up and dispose of dog waste.
-Dog must be kept on leash outside of the property.
-No wet dog in the house, no dogs on furniture.
-No Parties, no smoking.
-Quiet Hours 10PM-7AM.
-Min 25 years old to book.
