Getting Around:

Getting around from 3409 18th Avenue Drive West is simple and convenient. The home is centrally located with easy access to major roads like Manatee Avenue (SR 64) and US-41, making it a breeze to explore Bradenton, Sarasota, and the surrounding Gulf Coast area. Driving is the most common way to get around, and there's plenty of parking available. Popular attractions like Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach, and downtown Bradenton are just a 15–20 minute drive away. For those who prefer not to drive, rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. The MCAT (Manatee County Area Transit) also offers local bus service with nearby stops for easy access to shopping centers, restaurants, and beaches. Whether you're headed to the sand, the city, or a local café, getting around is easy from this conveniently located home base.



Other Things to Note:

To keep our rental properly maintained, please keep in mind of our pool cleaning schedule and other important details.



Pool cleaning & system check is done on Tuesdays (normally between 3-6pm ) which take up to 40 minutes and chemical checks are done on Fridays ( normally between 7-8am).

☆ If there are any damages found during the stay, you will be billed for the cost to replace the items.

☆ We strictly prohibit smoking of any kind. If smoking is found in the house, it is a $250 fee.

☆ Failure to follow directions for the trash and put them on the curb on the designated trash days will result in a $150 fee.

☆ Outdoor security cameras are located at the front and rear of the home for guest safety (record audio & video).

☆ No parties or events permitted. This is a peaceful, family-oriented retreat.

☆ All pets must be documented and pet fees apply. Pet owners are responsible for picking up pet waste. Any waste found on the property will result in an additional cleaning fee.
