Located 5 miles from the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island, our comfortable condo is in an area that offers easy access to many golf courses, restaurant, shopping and all the artsy location that the region can offer. 20 minutes away form Sarasato and 40 minutes from Tampa,

Bradenton has a lot to offer and to discover, with the marina and the Village of the Arts.

Recently renovated with brand new appliances and new floor, you will feel right at home. The condo is located in a gated comunity. Our condo is a corner unit located on the 3rd floor of a 3 floor building. Enjoy the sunset on the lainai after a day at the beach. The spacieux 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo, offer all the amenities needed to have a dreamy long stay vacation.

On site there is parking, a gym, pool and tennis court. The tennis court is also a pickle ball court.

After all the sunburn from the beach, discovering the region, and enjoying our unit, you will certainly want to comme back!
