NEW Private Heated Saltwater Pool + Spa near Anna Maria Island & IMG Academy

Palma Janoli is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation home in the Palma Sola area of northwest Bradenton, Florida, with quick access to Anna Maria Island beaches, IMG Academy, Robinson Preserve, parks, restaurants, and shopping. The home sleeps up to 8 guests and centers around a large screened lanai with a new private heated saltwater pool, spillover spa, sun shelf, covered outdoor living and dining areas, and peaceful pond views.



The home is approximately 5.9 miles from Anna Maria Island's Manatee Public Beach and 6.9 miles from IMG Academy, making it a convenient home base for beach vacations, sports travel, family trips, couples, and longer Florida stays.



Pool, Spa & Outdoor Living



The outdoor space is one of Palma Janoli's highlights. The screened lanai includes a 32' x 15' heated saltwater pool, a 7' x 7' spillover spa, and a sun shelf/tanning ledge. Nearly every room in the home opens directly to the pool area.



The covered lanai has an outdoor dining area and several comfortable seating options, with plenty of room to relax, dine, play games, or spend the day outside. Pool floats and loungers are provided.



The pool is heated to approximately 86°F at no additional charge. Guests can heat the spa to approximately 104°F on demand using the controls provided at the property.



Because the spa spills over into the pool, it cannot remain heated continuously. The spa generally takes about 1 to 2 hours to reach temperature after it is turned on. We can also help schedule the spa to heat automatically at preferred times.



The pool uses an electric heat pump. Cold weather can affect its ability to maintain the desired temperature, and the heater will enter freeze-protection mode and will not operate when outdoor temperatures are below approximately 50°F. Refunds are not provided for weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control that affect pool temperature.



The pool is professionally cleaned and maintained on a regular schedule. As with any residential outdoor pool, leaves or other debris may occasionally fall into the water between service visits. A pool net is provided for guest use.



A removable child-safety fence is available for the pool area. Guests are responsible for properly setting up the fence and ensuring the gates remain secured. Please contact us before your stay if you would like assistance with setup. Pool safety features are provided for convenience and are not a substitute for active adult supervision of children in or around the pool and home.



Glass is not permitted in the pool or spa, or on the pool/spa deck. Plastic drinkware and dishes are provided. Glass in or around the pool/spa may require the pool/spa to be drained and professionally cleaned, and guests may be responsible for resulting costs or damage.



Inside the Home



The bright, comfortable interior has vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, coastal finishes, and a split-bedroom floor plan that provides additional privacy for families, couples, and groups.



The living room overlooks the pool and includes comfortable seating, an electric fireplace, Roku TV, and a sleeper sofa.



The kitchen features granite countertops, full-size stainless-steel appliances, a separate beverage refrigerator, a backsplash made with real shells, and custom Norfolk Island Pine floating shelves. It is stocked with cookware and the essentials needed to cook, bake, or grill.



Coffee and tea drinkers have several options, including a drip coffee maker, Keurig, French press, and kettle. A microwave, toaster, blender, and other kitchen basics are also provided.



The dining table comfortably seats 8. A full-size washer and dryer are available for guests to use.



Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements



Primary Bedroom: King bed, seating area, Roku TV, dresser and armoire, direct access to the pool, and an adjoining workspace with desk, chair, and monitor. The ensuite bathroom includes double sinks and a large walk-in tile shower.



Bedroom 2: Queen bed, large closet, and direct access to the pool.



Bedroom 3: Two twin beds and guest closet. This bedroom has direct access to the second bathroom.



Living Room: Sleeper sofa.



The second full bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.



Beach Gear, Games & Extras



We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach towels, toys, and other beach gear so guests can enjoy Anna Maria Island without having to pack as much from home.



The garage includes ping pong and foosball for guest use.



A gas grill, pool floats, outdoor games, Wi-Fi, cable television, linens, towels, and basic starter supplies are also provided. Guests receive a small starter supply of items such as local coffee and tea, toiletries, laundry pods, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, trash bags, and toilet paper. Additional supplies may need to be purchased depending on the length of the stay and amount used.



Location



Palma Janoli is located in the quiet Palma Sola area of northwest Bradenton on a small lake. The neighborhood consists primarily of single-family homes and offers convenient access to Anna Maria Island, the Palma Sola Causeway, Robinson Preserve, De Soto National Memorial, IMG Academy, downtown Bradenton, restaurants, shopping, and Gulf Coast attractions.

Getting Around



A car is recommended for exploring the area, although Uber and Lyft are also available. Off-street parking is provided in the driveway, and guests are asked to use the driveway rather than parking on the road whenever possible.



Traveling With a Larger Group?



We also own Palma Rosa, the vacation home directly next door. Palma Rosa and Palma Janoli can be reserved together for groups of up to 17 guests, providing two neighboring homes, two private pools, and separate indoor living spaces while keeping the group together.



Pet Policy



Dogs are welcome with a $175 pet fee per dog and must be disclosed when booking. Dogs must be current on applicable vaccinations.



Guests are responsible for promptly cleaning up pet waste and excessive pet hair or messes inside the home. Pets are not permitted on bedding, furniture, or in the pool. Dog blankets are provided for guests who need additional protection for furnishings.



Undisclosed pets will result in an additional $300 cleaning fee. Additional damage or cleaning required because the pet rules were not followed may also be charged to the guest.



Cameras & Noise Monitoring



For safety and property protection, there is a Ring doorbell camera facing the front entrance and driveway and a Ring security camera overlooking the pool-equipment area on the south side of the home. Both are exterior devices that are motion activated and record audio and video.



NoiseAware devices monitor noise levels in the pool area and inside the home near the entryway area. They do not record conversations.



These devices are not actively monitored but may be reviewed when needed for safety, security, or compliance with property rules.



Guest Access



Guests have access to the home and guest-use closets, with the exception of locked owner cabinets in the laundry room and garage.
