Two dedicated workspaces — one in the primary suite and one in the second bedroom — make this the most remote-work-configured unit in the complex. The primary suite has an adjustable king bed — the only one in the OPH portfolio — and a private workspace. The second bedroom has a queen bed and its own desk area. The third bedroom has a queen bed. All three bedrooms have queen or king beds — no bunks, no twins — making this the most adult-oriented sleeping configuration in One Particular Harbour. Three full bathrooms throughout. The open-concept kitchen has a granite island and top-tier appliances, fully equipped for a week of meals at home.
The resort amenities are consistent across One Particular Harbour: heated community pool and cabana, children's tot lot and splash zone, BBQ grilling area, deep water marina for sunset strolls, and Floridays restaurant on the property. The free island trolley stops nearby. Manatee Beach on the Gulf is a 2-minute drive over the bridge.

The property was very comfortable and worked great for my adult daughters with all of us having a private room and bath. The property was clean and cozy. The only recommendation was for a replacement/refresh of cooking pans. Some were a bit worn. But otherwise all was good. The management company was very communicative which was appreciated. Great week!

Our happy place for 2 weeks!
Everything was perfect! We called to have a ceiling fan fixed and it was repaired quickly. We loved the location and the fantastic views from the screened in porch. I can't say enough good things about the condo. The beds were very comfortable and the entire condo is nicely decorated. I hope we can come back again!

Spring break 2024
The property was clean, modern, spacious, kitchen had all that was needed as we love to cook. Really enjoyed all our meals on the enclosed balcony. Furniture was comfortable, beds were comfortable, loved having 3 bathrooms with a teenager daughter this was an extra bonus. The in unit washer and dryer was great. Felt like home.

The condo itself was great. Clean, modern, and well equipped. The property, as Jimmy Buffett fans, offered some nice touches! Couldn't get the key fob for the front gate and pool, etc. until day 3 as prop manager was closed on Sunday.. :( Also, picking up/driving the key fobs back to Holmes beach is a bit of a pain with island traffic line ups... 11AM checkout would have been nice -10AM is a bit of a scramble. Have been to the island many times and this is a good option if you want to check out a great property off island!
