This one of a kind, one bedroom apartment is the ultimate vrbo. It is completely private even though it’s the bottom floor of a three story key west style home. The property on which this house is located measures 3 acres and backs up to Palma Sola Bay. If you love fishing and water activities, you’ll love this home. Enjoy indoor and outdoor dining areas after preparing meals in the kitchenette or grill. It’s complete with a double stove top burner, full size fridge, microwave oven, nugget ice maker, blender, cookware, cooking utensils, and dinnerware. After a day at the beach or paddle boarding and kayaking out back, watching the sunset from the pool is a great way to end the day. Great local from a wonderful host!

Nice and comfortable place with a very kind host. This place had all the needed amenities to make our stay comfortable. The location is close to a very nice park, (walking or biking), we used it daily for both as well as a quick route over to Anna Maria Island for the beautiful beaches and amazing sunsets! We even had chocolates on our pillows. Highly recommend!

Family friendly property in a perfect location, all the amenities!

This property has much to offer! Safe, secluded and surrounded by nature. Take a short walk out to the boardwalk and throw out a line for snook, redfdfish or tarpin! My husband caught a nice snook right off the dock all the way on the back of the property! The pool was clean, warm and stocked with pool toys, sunscreen and towels.The apartment was absolutely perfect our our family of 4, kids aged 5 and 9. The location was great for heading to the beaches during the day and access to shopping was only a few minutes away. The neighborhood felt safe and we felt free to come, go and play as we pleased. Beth, the host is a very warm, kind and thoughtful. She paid attention to all the details! The apartment was clean, smelled great including the sheets (one of the things I read in the earlier review). Bed and futon were very comfy and we all slept well! We enjoyed playing games as a family and being able to relax in the screen porch. Take time to read through the binder where she covered all of what you need to know. We also got to meet Beth's kids and our girls had the time of their life running, swiming, playing with the dogs, in the treehouse and on the playground. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this property to friends and family!

Lucky to be the first booking! And we'll be back!

I venture over to the Anna Maria Island area a couple of times of year and have stayed at plenty of short term rentals, this one has easily become my new favorite.. We took a risk being the first booking and so glad we did.The property itself is a gorgeous, secluded, safe w quick easy access to the beaches.The amenities this property offered were FAR superior to those in the area from every appliance and cookware provided, to the amazing scent of the linens,seriously.The provided snacks,condiments and assorted bath products were of high quality and that was SO appreciated after a long day at the beach. We didn't get to partake in all the property amenities which just assures our return.. The pool was large, clean and available to us. The walk to the waterfront was well cared for and she even provides bug spray and a thermacell which is great! There were also iSups and a brand new inflatable kayak, more things we loved, but didn't get a chance to use. The bedroom was huge and the bed was comfy albeit a little noisy from the protective coverings,totally understandable in a rental. The screened in porch with access to grilling were AMAZING to have! This was a WELL DONE rental conversion space. It is a shared but separate home so you will hear noise from owners, a first for me, but in no way a deterrent from me booking again. I think we found our new spot to stay! HIGHLY recommend you give it a chance on your next trip to the island area!
