Early Check-in Requests: We will do our best to accommodate early check-in requests, however, we cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4 pm. We want to ensure you have the best experience during your stay.


Check-in Process: The cottage has a smart lock for convenience and contactless check-in. Prior to checking in, you will be provided a code for entry.

All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie, and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification, and ensure the safety of all.

• Read the Welcome Guide Book upon arrival (located on kitchen counter)
• Please do not wear street/ outdoor shoes inside cabin
• Pets of any kind are strictly prohibited- Non-observance of this restriction will result in additional commercial cleaning fees at your expense.
• Keep trash in secure bins- DO NOT leave any trash out overnight for your safety and wildlife in the area
• We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning, unlike hotels. If assistance/ attention is needed, all requests will be taken care of as soon as possible
