This hotel is the inexpensive for a reason - spend an extra few bucks and stay elsewhere. The A/C unit was literally duct taped into the wall - not a little bit, but all the way around with several layers of tape. The sheets on one of the beds were dirty. There are mystery stains on the furniture. People yelling in the parking lot, car alarm going off, people peeling out of the parking lot at 3am. I didn’t sleep because I was worried my vehicle was going to be broken into. There seemed to be staff on security but they were mostly on their phones in lounge areas from what I saw. The pool area is under construction with tools and debris laying around. Skip this one.

Right from the start our stay was unpleasant. The front desk girl who checked us in had zero personality, I don't even think she said hello. The room was very dated, so clearly the pictures on the site are of newer, updated rooms. The A/C was intermittently broken. Oh, and the water slide (part of the reason we booked this hotel) was out of service. We weren't told this until the day before we checked in... right before we were able to cancel our reservation. During our stay, we had to leave due to an unforeseen family emergency. We left the property at 1:30am and checked our with the night clerk. I asked for a refund but was told because i booked though an online service, i had to contact them (Expedia). So i contacted Expedia and they tried to contact the property multiple times and cutoff get no answer. So basically we stayed one of our two nights, stuff was broken and the hotel refused to refund me my one night that we didn't use. This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a hotel in my 43 years. I grew up in the hospitality business and I can tell you that this level of service and disregard for the customer is completely unacceptable. Save yourself the headache, DO NOT ever book a room here. It's not worth the savings. Next time I'll spend the extra few dollars and stay at a real property.

Overall the staff were kind and helpful. The room was clean and as described. Outside of the hotel looks a little rough but the inside is nice. The AC unit controls were high enough I needed a chair to stand on to change it. My tv disconnected from the internet mid way through the night and wouldn’t reconnect. But I’m sure if I would have contacted the front desk they would have helped. Overall it was a great place for one night.
