This hotel is a bit dated (beautiful lobby though). It is flooded with tour bus people. If you’re just a couple or family visiting the area I’d go elsewhere. Nice staff however.

We found roaches in our room!! The hotel overall looked really nice and the beds were comfortable. When I reported the issue they were very nice about it and offered a bit of a discount. Not like other places where we have encountered issues and have been difficult to work with. The staff was great. I know places have their issues and bugs can be brought on from anywhere. So it’s just one of those things that can happen anywhere.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Pillows were a little too hard/thick/dense. Bathroom clean. Toilet seat was loose and sliding around. I notified the front desk. My only complaint was they had hard surface flooring, no carpet. I noticed carpet in other rooms. I didnt take house shoes so flooring hurt my feet and was cold. Staff was very courteous. I would stay again. Loved the ice cream/cobbler social. Breakfast was good.
