Breakfast was good. Would be nice to have more variety as had scrambled eggs each day. Bigger coffee cups would also be good. Seems wasteful to have each cup wrapped in plastic.

clean room, good location, front checkin staff were very helpful. only 3rd and 4th floor Ice machines were working,and only 1 washing machine and dryer were working,some guests had to wait to use them.

We had several problems on this stay. Our air conditioning wasn't working properly, the refrigerator wasn't working and the TV wouldn't work. The staff did address everything and all was working for the second night. The hotel is off the main road (hwy 76) enough that there isn't any noise and the surrounding area, like much of the Ozarks, is beautiful.
