The older gentleman at the front desk is somewhat rude and did complaining about having to help visitors in room 504 and having to do thing that is required of him in front of customers. Enjoyed the place but until different people can run the front desk i will not be coming back.

We really enjoyed our stay! Its an older property, but well kept. The front desk staff were amazing. Everyone was friendly and tea time was a nice surprise. We plan on going back to Branson next year and we will definitely stay here.

We loved staying at the Grand Victorian. The hotel is a little dated but very comfortable and clean! The staff is very nice and over the top. Especially the front desk employee Chauvann. He was the nicest.

I really like this property. The hotel’s style is a must-see, so many thoughtful details that transport you to another time. It’s truly unique. I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere; you can barely hear any noise from other rooms. The beds are super comfortable, and the shower is excellent. My only complaint is about the towels, they were so old I thought they might tear. Otherwise, my stay was great. We’ll definitely be back.
