We truly enjoyed our stay in Cabin 314. My husband enjoyed it so much that he said he could live there. It was perfect for our stay, and the cost was very reasonable.We loved the shower heads in the bathrooms. They felt like rain falling.My husband also loved being able to sit on the back deck in the morning.We do have a couple of suggestions to offer. First, when we returned home after dark, there were no lights on the walkway to get to the cabin. Being older, it would be nice to have some sort of light for safety.Also, since the keypad was not lighted, we could not read the numbers. Thus, we had to use the flashlight on our phone to be able to gain entry. I would also like to suggest that each bathroom have a soap dish. There was no place to put the bar soap except on the sink basin, and that leaves a bit of a mess which the cleaning people have to clean.Thank you!Janet Levin

There were several issues with our cabin and online checkin. Burned out light bulbs, dirty rug in front of sink, holes in screen on back porch, dirty dishes in cabinet. I don’t think dishwasher is working properly. We ended up washing everything by hand. Poor communication regarding early check in between property owner and Thousand Hills. Six remote controls to operate tv and no instructions provided. We had a difficult time getting it to work. Fireplace timer only stays on for 30 minutes and then you have to turn back on. My brother in law had to work on fireplace to even get it to light. Smoke alarm hanging from ceiling. I did want to connect personally with the right person to provide feedback but couldn’t figure out who to call. Happy to discuss further. The cabin was nice. Furniture and bedding comfortable. Great location. So there were some positives. Overall the cabin just needs some attention and it would be great.

The Christmas lighting and decor as we entered the cabin were so inviting! So homey and cozy. We found everything we needed and more. This is the best place we have stayed in Branson. We were sad to leave.

Family vacation

Check in instructions could have been better! We drove straight to the unit only to find out we had to drive to an alternate location to check in. Having an office on the property would have been nice or an automated text reminding us, would have been nice. The WiFi was spotty, if too many people use it, it lags, could be better! Kitchen has most of what you need to cook a meal, very nice! The unit states barbecue grills, giving the impression that there is a barbecue grill at the unit! It’s misleading! There is NOT a grill at the unit. There is a community grill. Make sure you bring a brush, lighter fluid and charcoal. Kind of disappointed with that. Very close by to several attractions- traffic is horrible though. I guess it’s to be expected since it is a touristy place. Overall a nice unit. Could find a way to personalize the parking spaces. On two occasions our parking was taken by other guests or visitors, making it inconvenient. Lots to do, great to plan and buy tickets before you arrive to avoid waiting in line. We bought before arriving and it was wonderful.

Cozy cabins

The cabin was roomy and cozy. TVs in every room, nicely decorated in cabin theme, very clean. It was in a great location. Not far from the main strip, but felt like you were in the country. No traffic or city noises. We sat on the porch and watched the fire flies at night. Peaceful outside as well. Overall a great place to stay. We would definitely want to stay there again.Minor issues, bathroom near the entrance door, sink didnt drain well. The other bathroom needs the hotwater handle tightened.

First time visit

The cabin was great! Each bedroom 1 up and 1 down had their own bathroom and the loft area also had a king bed if needed but we used this as a work area. The fireplace and screened in porch were an added bonus. Plus they had it decorated for Christmas which we really enjoyed! Will definitely stay here again.
