Heading out to enjoy all the adventures that Branson has to offer is ideal from this location! This home is located just 7 minutes from the west side of the HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's! The Branson Landing offers another plethora of activities and is only 16 minutes away! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show from the outdoor amphitheater! Silver Dollar City is one of Branson’s biggest attractions and is only 10 minutes away! SDC is an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave! More options of fun things to do on Table Rock Lake, also just minutes away! This is a beautiful home; clean, tastefully decorated and well supplied. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms well stocked with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each. The kitchen was also well stocked. 2 full pot coffee makers and 1 Keurig. High end countertops, hammered copper kitchen sink, beautiful ceiling lights & high ceilings. 2 separate living spaces, with game room. Hot tub & gas firepit on bottom deck. Washer and dryer convenient on main floor, with laundry detergent included.We had a couple of maintenance issues: 2 lamps in 1 bedroom didn't work but they replaced quickly. The first night, only half of the jets worked in the hot tub. Ethan responded the next day & said maintenance would fix that week. The next night, none of the jets worked. He returned & did something & all jets worked again. We had difficultly with the firepit staying lit. Ethan checked & advised that the button needs to be held longer for it to work. Maybe it was our error, although 3 different people made attempts. He sent a picture of it working for him. We didn't try again during our stay. The leather sofa and loveseat should be recliners but only 1 of the 3 actually recline and the straps inside the cushion are broken on the loveseat & the right side of sofa. It left a very sharp metal area that could cause injury. Another renter had also mentioned that in the past. Overall, great home!

Our stay included 8 adults for 9 nights, and overall we enjoyed this property. Our first impression on walking in was great! The essentials, especially kitchen and bathrooms, were spotless and the property looked even better in person than in pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. The location is really nice, just minutes from much of Branson’s attractions and we had lovely sunset views over the lake. The host responds quickly to inquiries. We did observe a few maintenance issues such as 3 of four recliners not working, trash strewn below the balcony from previous guests, a small leak in the kitchen sink faucet. Shelving missing from the refrigerator and no place to store non-refrigerated groceries makes it hard if you plan to eat in much. Parking can be a challenge when adjoining large homes are occupied. Overall, I’d recommend the property if the minor issues mentioned are not ones that will impact your stay.

The lake view was amazing! It's a little noisy outdoors with the traffic but it didn't take away from how wonderful the sunset from the outdoor space is. We had everything we needed and more.

Terrific property for friends get together.

We met in Branson for a reunion of old HS friends. We had four couples and the house was absolutely perfect. All the bedrooms were spacious and each was an en-suite. There was a beautiful view of the lake from the attached covered deck. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location was convenient to all the attractions in Branson. The hot tub and fire table were an added bonus. Adam was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Thanks for sharing your lovely home.
