It was clean, quiet and staff was very friendly and helpful. This is the second time we have stayed at Stone Castle. We will stay here whenever we are in Branson.

We picked this hotel based on the star rating. I did not read previous reviews. I wish I had. Check-in was very quick and easy. The front desk clerk was friendly and efficient. Then we went to the assigned room in a different building. The musty smell when we entered the room was overwhelming. The air conditioner was not on and when we turned it on, the smell got worse and the room got damp overnight. The next day, I opened the window and turned off the AC. It helped the smell but it was pretty warm outside so the room was uncomfortable. Upon check in, we were informed that housekeeping would service the room once in the middle of our 3 day stay. This did not happen at all. We had to go to the front desk in a different building to get clean towels. The facility is dated but was fairly clean. We didn't try the breakfast or use any of the amenities while there. The poor breakfast reviews were enough to make us stay away. We stayed in a king bed suite. It was small but we didn't come there to sit around, so it was okay. The bed, on the other hand was extremely uncomfortable. I think it was actually broken. Everytime I sat on the side of the bed, I could feel a distinct bend. It was just lumpy, bumpy and worn out. There are so many hotels in the area. Next time, we will definitely pick a different one.

Great price and centrally located. The room was clean and no signs of bed bugs and we checked well. Other reviews say they have small bathrooms and they do but we are only there one night in a double queen so it was fine for our needs. I do recommend this place.

The property was pretty good! The rooms were clean, but the restrooms were really small. The beds were fine but the pillows were terrible! The pool and hot tub are nice! Breakfast was good too.

Pros: it was clean and had a large spa tub in our room... Cons: mirrors on the walls, TINY bathroom, and there was an error in charging us the rate as we got charged twice and then refunded the over charge after we left. Management was very good at solving the issue but it was after we left. Won't stay here again

Our room was pretty good. I would have given it a higher rating but there was accumulation of dust in the corners, the bath area was super tight and the toilet handle needed to be jiggled after every use to get the tank to refill and shut off. We were there for one night and the price was right.
