Clean rooms, courteous staff. Elevator wait times were a little long as the hotel was full. Not enough bellcarts at checkout time, we had to bring out luggage down individually.

We arrived to find our room door was open, as my 7yr old just pushed it open when we got to it. There was leftover food from the previous guest in our mini fridge, and large fingerprint drawings on the big mirror all of the windows.

Staff was excellent. Room was ok! No toilet paper in room, no wash cloths in room, and someone forgot to flush the toilet after cleaning the room I guess. When we got in our room toilet seat was up and there was urine in the toilet. Location of hotel was great. Close to everything but far enough away to relax. Will probably choose a different hotel next time but it was good for the price!

The rooms were average. A bit worn and outdated but I’ve stayed in outdated hotels before that were nice so that’s not the problem. I think my peeve was that it didn’t seem super clean. There was someone else’s hair in the shower, the fan in the bathroom visibly had dust bunny build up. We were there for 3 nights and on day two we asked for a refresh of our room with more towels and linens. We have little kids so there were crumbs and things on the floor and the sheets really needed changing… the floor was still covered in crumbs, the beds were made but with the dirty sheets and crumbs in them..but we did get fresh towels so that’s a win. We only did breakfast the first day bc the line was so long for the buffet, the workers weren’t very friendly but also there was a gazillion people so I don’t really blame them, and the food was not worth the wait. The eggs were watery scrambled eggs and bland. The gravy was bland. There were also tater tots and sausage links. It wasn’t a bad stay and if there weren’t so many options in Branson, I’d stay again. Oh P.S. when you checkout or even if you checkout through text message but bring by the “keycards in order to avoid additional charges”, be prepared to be met with a deal you can’t pass up that will definitely defeat the purpose of conveniently checking out through your phone…it gets super salesy super quick. Have fun!

Our stay was the worse we have ever had. Breakfast was not good. Our beds were decent but the bed skirts look stain and dirty carpet on the whole 6th floor was stained and dirty. Our bathroom was terrible, blow dryer attachment wasn’t able to be used because there was a slight melting edge on the blow dryer, the air vents were filthy, and the tub look dirty/moldy. My shower experience was by far the worse, in the middle of my shower the water was not draining and rose up above my ankles. It was disgustingly gross to shower and not feel refreshed due to dirty water brushing up on my feet and legs. Took about an hour to drain. I spoke to a Staff member in charge named Nick about my inconvenience and he was unapologetic. He told me that I could of let him know and he would of took care it right away with a snake. I explained to him I was in the middle of my shower I couldn’t just hop out with shampoo in my hair. Spoke to two different Staff, they are not professional, rude and unapologetic. Terrible customer service. Will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

My experience with this hotel is not so great. 1. They didn't honor the free ticket for 2 people for the stay as advertised by Expedia. They said only one ticket is free. 2. The bed was really bad. It was old, too shaggy and felt like hammock. We started having back pain from the first night. When I requested for a change, the front desk said they can't help with it. It was very difficult to sleep in that bed. 3. Front desk was always busy. Concierge desk has no-one most of the time. When I called Front Desk from my room, someone picked the phone, left the receiver hanging and no answer. I can tolerate the service mediocrity but the bed makes it impossible. I wouldn't recommend this place.
