Clean, needs updating

The hotel was old and needed updating, but was clean. The bed was also old, I could feel each spring. But again, the room was clean. I spoke with three staff members while there and all three were very nice and helpful. I didn't eat the breakfast because we had other plans, but it had biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, frozen waffles, and packaged muffins. We like to stay in a new place each time we go to Branson but I would stay here again.

First time we stayed it was excellent. This time, about 4 months later, it was dirty, furniture was beat up and had a roach on the wall!

The property looks like it’s been updated more recently than some, but the area around the tub base/floor needs repair, the tv had a line across it when turned on, and the front desk lady upon check-in wasn’t the friendliest. They were clearly changing shifts and instead of asking me to give her a couple of minutes, she told me to hold on and sat quietly while logging in. However, the lady the left was very nice . A little small talk to fill the void would be nice. She also didn’t code our door key correctly so we were locked out the next day. It was an easy fix, but it is an easy thing to do correctly the first time. Other than the aforementioned, the experience was fine. I’ve been to Branson numerous times and this wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed, but will likely not stay there again.

We have stayed at this property before and was pleased; however, this time the room was not very clean, the toilet wouldn't hardly flush, and the door did not close properly as you could see daylight through the side/bottom. The location is great and the staff were very friendly.

Its close to mkst everything weve stayed here before i like it because you park right outside of your room no lugging suitcases or bags around, the place has been updated and seems pretty clean for the price it where we will stay again

Wasn’t a horrible stay just not worth the price. I’ve definitely had better rooms for less. The heater was noisy when it kicked on. The refrigerator leaked water on the floor. The water pressure and temperature were horrible. One minute you had hot water the next it was cool. Room seemed to be clean, but the bathtub had stains.
