Beautiful Ski In/Out Cedars Townhome with Private Hot Tub
This 2 bedroom 2.5 bath ski in/ski out Cedars Townhome has it's own private hot tub! Located at the base of Peak 9 at the Breckenridge Ski Area guests will enjoy easy access to the slopes and a quick walk to Main Street Breckenridge.
The main level is entered either from the garage or from the front door exiting into the courtyard outside. There is a very comfortable living room, dining room and kitchen. Upstairs are the 2 en suite bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and a bonus room with a set of twin bunk beds. There is a door separating this space. The second bedroom also has a queen sized bed along with a twin trundle if needed.
This unit has two parking spots. One parking spot is in the attached private, one-car garage and parking for the second vehicle is an uncovered spot near the unit. In addition to having a private hot tub guests also have access to the Upper Village Pool and hot tubs located across the street. The Upper Village Pool has a heated indoor/outdoor pool and three separate jetted hot tubs. This amenity is seasonal and the facility will close during the shoulder seasons.
We loved staying here, our three young kids had an easy walk (50 yards, at most) to click into their skis and be on the slopes! Then with the private hot tub and the fireplace in the living room, we had a great time relaxing together and recharging for the next day!
Can't beat the fantastic location of the Cedars on Peak 9 and the property was in good condition, well equipped and matched the listing. Met all of our needs. We enjoyed our stay there and booked it again for Spring Break 2025.
Convenient to the lifts, convenient to town. You wonât find a better location than this rental. Nice hot tub in the unit. Clean & comfy. Highly recommend
Great location for skiing and plenty of sleep space
My family of four stayed at this property over Spring Break in mid-March. The check-in process and parking was very convenient. The property was clean and just as expected from the listing/pictures provided. There was plenty of space to spread out and lots of sleep space. The kids ended up sleeping in the nook off the master in the bunk beds, leaving a whole bedroom, which sleeps 4, and the pullout couch on the first level unoccupied. We technically could've brought a whole other family with us! The location was the best part of this condo. It was located right between 2 lifts at the base of peak 9, within walking distance of the Quicksilver and Beaver Run lifts. The kids attended ski school at Beaver Run, so it was a breeze to drop them in the mornings before we broke loose to enjoy skiing ourselves. An added bonus was our own private hot tub, which we enjoyed each evening to soak our sore muscles. This condo was perfect for our family, and I would love to return and stay again in the future.
We stayed in a unit a few doors down in 2018 and were happy with the location. This unit had a hot tub which was a nice touch but the tub was overfull and if even one of us got into it, it would overflow. Call to the management group and they drained it, however, they claim the hot tub is serviced every 3-4 days. No way this was serviced recently with the waterline scum. Then the fireplace didn't work. Again, management company was very responsive but it was beyond their ability so our unit with a "hot tub" and "fireplace" wasn't available for our 4 day stay. Disappointing.
