Whether you’re here for winter skiing or summer hiking, this mountainside condo at the base of Peak 9 offers something for everyone. Located just steps from downtown Breckenridge, you have immediate access to the shops, restaurants, and vibrant energy of Main Street.

The open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area makes it easy to cook while staying connected with family and friends. The dining table seats six comfortably, with two additional seats at the kitchen island for casual meals. Unwind in the spacious living room with a large flat-screen TV or step out onto the private balcony to savor a meal while enjoying fresh mountain air and scenic views.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom complete with a side-by-side shower and bathtub. The second bedroom also offers a king-sized bed, while the third bedroom has a captain’s bunk (twin over full), ideal for kids or extra guests.

Family Mountain Adventure

We have a wonderful time In Breckenridge. The condo location and amenities were ideal for our family trip. We had a short walk to the shops and delicious coffee shops and restaurants. The pool was a huge hit with the family.

Perfect location!!!

We stayed here for a girl's weekend and the location and amenities were perfect!! The full kitchen was great and we had plenty of space with the three bedrooms and three bathrooms. We also took advantage of the hot tub on property as well as the many restaurants, shops and coffee shops nearby. If we return to Breckenridge, we will definitely stay here again!!!

Our stay here was great! The location is convenient if you’re skiing at Peak 9 and just a short drive to the gondolas for Peak 8. We loved that Main Street is all within walking distance! The condo accommodated my family very well. The only things I would call attention to would be that the furniture (living room couch especially) is a bit tired, some of the silverware and dishes weren’t entirely clean (maybe they were placed in the dishwasher but the dishwasher left residue), and the lighting was low throughout the condo. I would recommend this location to a friend, but would ask that management review the above items.

The lodging is in a great location. Very roomy. Very clean. Easy access. Everything worked well. The double king beds were the reason we selected this lodging. Only one thing that I have to say that was not up to par was the sofa in the living area. It is very very uncomfortable. Need a new one or at least cushion updates.

Great location, terrible for parking

The place was very nice and clean and the location is excellent but the parking situation is terrible if you have more than one vehicle. The property description does not tell you that you only get one parking permit for the garage and any additional vehicles have to park off-site about 8 blocks away at the ice rink. Arriving later at night with luggage to carry for 8 blocks was a nightmare. I’m super disappointed that the property description leaves that information out.

Super property for our vacation

We booked this property, knowing there were 3 bedrooms. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that there were also 3 bathrooms. The condo is well appointed in the bedrooms, kitchen and main area. We had all the dishes, pots and pans and utensils we needed to cook several meals in house. A couple items that could use some work are: dishwasher doesn't seem to use the soap pellets put in so some things had to be washed twice. Hot water wasn't very hot in the kitchen sink. The couch really (!!) needs to be replaced. But again, this was just the right place for us, with on-site parking, a close walk on property to the pool (with plentiful chairs and towels) and to the downtown. There are several restaurants literally within 3 blocks. I also want to give kudos to the man who was working very hard every day to keep the walkways, hallways, glass and towels as clean as could be. He was always there with a smile. Thanks for a great stay!

Very spacious, perfect location

This is a great unit for a large family. All 3 bedrooms are spacious, clean with their own bathroom/shower. We had six people and there was no trouble getting ready to go, or cleaning up for dinner. Had family game nights on the big dining room table, and my wife & enjoyed the quiet time on the balcony: listening to the stream while having a glass of wine. We walked everywhere, and there’s a great coffee shop right downstairs. Hard to find a better property in Breck!

Wonderful location and building

We had a great time here. The layout of the place was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 young kids plus the grandparents on the other side. The hot tub was very convenient as was the location of the place. We would definitely stay again.

Had a great time right in the heart of Breckenridge. Make sure when you check in you go to the desk at Vacasa. We didn’t know where to go but eventually figured it out. Very nice room and excellent location.

Great location for our family ski trip

Great condo! Clean, well maintained 1st floor unit within 5min walk of the Quicksilver lift. Easy check-in process. Management was very responsive when we reached out about washing machine making noise. Underground parking was great. The free ski valet with Charter Sports was very convenient. All of the beds were comfortable. The family room furniture was slightly dated but fine for us. The hot tub was right next door (with two other options around the property, but we never needed to walk farther). I'd recommend this spot to others.

Spring ski trip
