Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and small appliances.
All of our properties offer FREE Wi-Fi.
At Summit Vacations, you will enjoy the sophistication typically associated with larger travel brands with the local knowledge and customer service of a small company.
PARKING:
Parking for 2 vehicles.
Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.
WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads.

Situated just two blocks from downtown Breckenridge & 3 short blocks to the Quicksilver lift, Powder Ridge 208 is perfect for families or groups up to 8! Located on the 2nd floor, this 2 bedroom, 2.75 bath condo boasts a wood-burning fireplace and seclusion from the congestion of town, yet sits within walking distance of the quaint shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Comfortably furnished, this unit has Wi-Fi internet, smart TV's in each bedroom, an outdoor common area hot tub, and onsite parking- including a heated parking garage.
Get a great night sleep in the master king-size bed and unwind in a hot bath!You'll find a cozy queen size bed in the second bedroom with a full bathroom. Upstairs, sits a massive loft with sleeping for six (queen bed and two sets of twin bunk beds), a half bath and a quiet corner perfect for settling down with a good book.
Open kitchen and living room spaces provide ample room for the whole party. The condo is fully stocked with necessary cooking and dining utensils and linens. The laundry facilities are in the garage and are coin operated.
The Powder Ridge condominium complex is located at the south end of French Street, next to Carter Park, the locals' sledding hill, and two block's easy walking distance to the center of the bustling business district of Breckenridge. It is also just three blocks from the Quicksilver Chairlift at the base of the Peak 9 ski area.
Winter Highlights:
The free Breckenridge shuttle stop is right in front of the complex to make getting to the slopes easy any time of day. Soak away in the complex's hot tub, just steps from your unit! Enjoy Breckenridge's annual Snow Sculpture contest the last week of January. Next to the Snow Sculptures is the Ice Castle, which stays open until late March. Ride through the streets of Breckenridge in a mountain sleigh, drawn by a team of Belgian or Percheron draft horses. Enjoy April's month-long festival of concerts and activities in Breckenridge.
Summer Highlights:
The residential neighborhood across the street and the city park and play area behind Powder Ridge provide a pleasant outdoor family environment. Cook your summer meals out on the deck, surrounded by beautiful trees.
