No expense was spared at Crystal Peak Resort. When you’re ready for a ski-in, ski-out mountain getaway, Crystal Peak Mountaineer Condo is the right choice!

This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium condo is great for families or groups of up to five people. The living area features a flat-screen TV and huge windows with mountain views; there’s also a sunny patio area just outside. Imagine watching the gondola drift by your window as you enjoy a glass of wine in front of the roaring stone fireplace! The kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and accessories you’ll need to whip up aprùs-ski snacks and cozy mountain meals. The dining table seats four.

You’ll also enjoy full access to the pool, hot tubs, spa and bowling alley at the adjacent One Ski Hill Place Resort. Other amenities include easy bus or gondola access to town, complimentary Wi-Fi, and garage parking for one vehicle. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Great location, bad process

The location was great but when we found out we can’t use the amenities like the pool and slide, it was miss leading and really frustrating for us and our kids.The check in process was ok, but the check out process was the worst we’ve ever had. They need to use technology of today. We had to drive around just to check out, to then just unload again to ski the rest of the day. We won’t be going back or referring anyone to it.

Family ski trip

Condo is nice in great location but some things could be better. Mattress and bed frame could be replaced for comfort and it would be nice to have smart TVs which may have been stated in description but they’re not. Unit needed a couple or repairs. Picking up keys on site would be more convenient. Location can’t be beat tho.

Great Location for a ski getaway!

We loved our stay at the Crystal Peak Lodge. The location was perfect, located right at Peak 7 for easy access to great blue and black diamond trails. The ski lockers were a huge lifesaver, and the location next to the gondola made it so easy to get over to Peak 8. The hot tubs were also great and had a view of the slopes. However, we had a lot of trouble with the TV and could only get the one in the living room to work. It was stuck in store mode, even while watching the cable. We were not able to plug in any of our devices to watch a movie so keep that in mind if you had a movie night planned after a day on the mountain. The beds were ok, pillows were hard. The property has a shuttle service that is amazing and helps with getting around the town. There are not a lot of food options or amenities on peak 7 so make sure you head into town and stock up on things like coffee and snacks. The only food option is Sevens and a chicken shop next door, which is open for limited hours and pricey. Lastly, the front desk had limited hours. If you needed anything in the off hours, call the sister property on peak 8. They were not able to hold our luggage in the luggage room because the front desk was closed, so don't plan on that if you have a later departure. We also had to pick up and return the keys in town, which was inconvenient because we did not have a car so we had to ask our shuttle to make an extra stop. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

Great Property/Great Location

Had a great stay in this property at the base of Peak 7 at Breckenridge. Condo is in fantastic location for ski in/ski out accomodations. Just walk out of the ski lockerroom and you are at the base of the Independence Superchair lift. Condo itself is in great shape with upscale feel and amenities. Highly recommend it.

Great Location and Comfortable Stay, but Maintenance Issues Need Addressing

Our stay had ups and downs. The furniture and bed were comfortable, the location was excellent for hiking and skiing, and the balcony views were spectacular. However, we encountered several issues: 1. The fireplace was on upon arrival, and the condo was at an uncomfortably high temperature of 90 degrees. 2. The box fan was broken, unbalanced, and throwing parts around. Despite the heat, management only brought a replacement the next day. We ended up buying a fan as it was unbearable. 3. The kitchen sink was clogged and leaking, rendering it and the dishwasher unusable. 4. The master bedroom window had a broken lever, making it impossible to close without removing the insect screen. Management admitted to knowing about this issue but did not disclose it. 5. The dryer lint trap was broken, and the dryer took 2-3 cycles to dry clothes. 6. The kitchen was not well stocked, and some items, like the can opener, were aged and didn’t function well. 7. The communal grill did not have any grates on the day we planned to grill. 8. While communication was OK, the management group provided minimal compensation for these issues and lacked urgency. 9. Overall, the condo was not well maintained. While the location and comfort were highlights, the maintenance issues were disappointing and detracted from our experience. We hope future guests have a better stay as these issues are addressed.

Ski trip made easy

Easy to just grab skis and boards from the locker room and get on the lift! Easy to come back to unit for a snack or the bathroom. Easy to take the kids to the gondola for their peak 8 lessons. So easy to make dinner at night and coffee in the AM. So easy to wash and dry the wet gear, drink a beer, and do it all again the next day!
