Overall place was nice, its an older building so needs some attention to paint & minor repairs. Overall stay was nice location is excellant & convenient.

The property is in an excellent location. You can walk anywhere and the area is absolutely beautiful. Just beware that the town of Breckinridge does not enforce any type of sidewalk shoveling. We arrived during a snowstorm and the next couple of days the snow on the sidewalk compacted and eventually froze. Very hard to navigate but again the town of Breckinridge is beautiful. Staying at Der Steiermark was very convenient

It’s very outdated, the couch is so low to the floor and takes up all the room and the TV was so small you had to look up quite a bit to see it. The main bath on the main floor shower didn’t seem to be able to come on but the upstairs one was fine
