Stay connected with WiFi, and pack a little lighter knowing thereâs an in-home washer and dryer. When youâre ready to relax aprĂšs-adventure, enjoy on-site community amenities including an outdoor pool, hot tub, and BBQ grills (see Important Things to Note for seasonal details).
Parking is straightforward with one garage space and one driveway space included.

âą Parking: Space for up to 2 vehicles totalâ1 in the garage and 1 in the driveway. No street parking is allowed; vehicles parked on the street may be towed.
âą Community amenities: The outdoor pool and hot tub are part of the community. They may be seasonally available and can close for maintenance, including a spring cleaning period. Availability is not guaranteed.
âą WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to our mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
âą Stairs: This townhouse has stairs (see photos).
âą Laundry: In-home washer and dryer provided.
âą Pets: This home is not pet friendly.
âą Occupancy: The maximum occupancy includes adults, children, and infants.
âą Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
âą We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

Location logistics: The home is less than a mile south of downtownâs South Main Street, with close proximity to restaurants, shops, and the slopes. Lake Dillon and other area attractions are an easy drive for additional year-round recreation.
