Located in the heart of Breckenridge, a world-class Colorado ski resort community, this Mountain Thunder town-home features a rustic-chic style decor, in a peaceful pine setting surrounded by mountains. Whether you're planning a Colorado family ski vacation or a summer escape into the high country, Mountain Thunder will give you a home away from home experience and many magical memories!



This Mountain Thunder town-home is a Ski-in /Gondola-out property, providing convenience to the slopes, Cross-country trials, and endless summer hiking in the area. It is a short two-block walk to historic Main Street Breckenridge. Main Street offers you shopping, some amazing foodie restaurants or quick eateries, galleries, museums, ski/board/bike rentals, and much more.



The townhome is a five-minute glide/walk to the BreckConnect Gondola. The free Gondola takes you up to Peaks 7 and 8, where you can catch other lifts, participate in lessons, enjoy the half-pipe and terrain park, and access many of the slopes on the mountain. For Ski-in convenience, you can ski in via the Skyway Skiway.



There is a free on-call/on-demand Mountain Thunder shuttle and the BreckFree ride to access Breckenridge. 

If you want to venture to other parts of Summit County (Frisco, Dillon/Lake Dillon, Keystone, Silverthorne, or Copper Mountain) you can walk to the entrance drive of Mountain Thunder and ride the free Summit Stage bus just about anywhere in Summit County. 



At the end of a fun winter or summer day of play, you can relax and enjoy several hot tub location options or the outdoor heated pool. And if you have not had enough exercise you will have access to the Lodge's state-of-the-art fitness center. 



Guests also have access to the bowling alley, aquatics center, media rooms, and billiards table located at One Ski Hill Place.. Plan and call ahead as reservations are required for this location.



This unit has a gas-stone fireplace, a full gourmet kitchen, multiple televisions, and complimentary high-speed wireless internet. The open floor plan provides a special time together. The Master En-suite will give you privacy and both bedrooms have a TV to rest and enjoy watching. The unit also features a private patio to dine and enjoy the whisper of the pines. There is a private one-car garage with ample space to leave your ski equipment. The driveway offers space for a second vehicle.  You can enter through the garage or your private entrance with front porch seating.



NOTE: This is a privately rented home so you will not have Front Desk privileges or Maid Service from Mountain Thunder Lodge. We will be your point of contact. You will be provided start-up supplies to get you going and then once used, you will purchase what you need for the rest of your stay. There is a washer and dryer in the townhome for your convenience.

Walk to Main Street

Clean and comfortable townhome! We loved being walking distance to town yet with a patio backing to beautiful forest like landscaping. The hot tub located right at the end of the unit was so convenient. Despite the beautiful setting you do hear some road noise and have neighbors above (that we could hear). Overall a great place and location to stay!

This property is perfect and in a great location! It is very clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed for our stay. You can easily walk to the Gondola and downtown. The onsite pool/hot tubs and other amenities were very nice.

Excellent Stay

Perfectly clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Super responsive owner to a minor lock issue that was purely user (me) error. Everything is as described. Ski in is AMAZING. Not a ski out but the description states this and the transportation options within minutes of the lifts is fantastic. Hot tub is super close and nice and warm. Great end to the day skiing. I’ll be back.

Ideally situated property in Breckenridge

We have stayed at Mountain Thunder properties many times, usually reserving through the Breckenridge/Epic website. We love the proximity to the gondola, the fact that you can ski in, the hot tubs, the short drive to the Nordic center, and that we can walk to Main Street for dinner from the property. For this particular rental, we enjoyed having a garage attached to the property, clear check-in and check-out communications, and a clean interior with everything we needed. The only limitation was that the property was absolutely freezing when we arrived, and even with keeping the thermostats all set well above 70 degrees F, the bedrooms never really got above 67F (and only that was achieved after 2 days of running the heat), which made for some very cold nights sleeping.

Clean, cozy and convenient

This one-level townhouse was very clean and conveniently located. We were able to walk to shops, restaurants and a few hiking trails. We loved the attached garage because we had some rainy days and it was nice to be able to load and unload in the garage. Patio was also a plus.

We have stayed at the Mountain Thunder several times, and we love the location. This condo was not as nice as the others we have visited. The sofa was ripped and duct taped. Amenities were lacking
.we had to go buy Kleenex. On a positive note, when both blow dryers were broken, the managers were very nice and responsive and got new dryers to us in a short amount of time. We were grateful for that! And, that’s why I have been hesitant to leave a revue. The owners/managers seem to be great, and the condo was fine
just not as nice as what we have experienced before at Mountain Thunder.

Great Location in Breck!

Enjoyed our time at this townhome, walking distance to town even for our children. Kitchen offers all you need, outdoor space is a nice bonus. The only negative is the mattresses and sheets are low quality, considering bringing blankets from home to maximize comfort.
