2 BR, 1 BA Condo – On Shuttle Route – Cozy Year-Round Retreat!

This condo is a great choice for your mountain vacation: Just minutes from the Peak 8 base area and Historic Downtown Breckenridge on the free shuttle route. You’ll be whisked to the slopes in minutes —and in the summer, there are hiking and biking trails close by. You and your group will love it!

This 2-bedroom 1-bathroom condo works perfectly for groups of up to four. The living area is bright and inviting, with plenty of seating and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV for catching the game or the morning snow report. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with lots of counter space and seating for four at the bar; you’ll also enjoy the patio for kicking back after a big day on the slopes.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, central laundry facilities, shared hot tubs and a private ski locker. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, this home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

The area is fine. it is a 2nd floor property so if you have a lot of stuff be prepared for 2 sets of stairs. no parking issues. the door upon entering, the key is on a wire, is tricky. the door sticks and the weather seal molding was hanging off the door. it was very difficult to open and close the door. why not get an electric key pad door? it was pretty clean but the one comforter was dirty. the place is very dated (like 70-80s decor.) the house only had salt and pepper for spices so be prepared for that. no frills. we needed a pair of scissors and there wasn't any spatulas. it's pretty minimal so if you are looking for that then it's great. it is right on the bus line so that's a plus. we didn't use the hot tubs. we weren't really impressed by the condo so we didn't even attempt the hot tubs. there is a lot of thumping heard on the stairs from other tenants. also the neighbors were smoking outside on the landing by our door and that's yucky. no issues w/ management and the beds were ok for comfort. over all I would stay here again if I couldn't find anything else. I think if they put in a little bit of money to update it, it would be a lot more desirable.

Summer vacation

The property was nice. Beds were comfortable (bed and pull out) we ran out of hot water quickly, not enough hot water to fill the bathtub. Had an issue with one of the full time tenants. Our GPS took us to the exit as an entrance, we did not realize it was the exit. A tenant, girl in early 20’s, stood in front of our car making vulgar gestures and swearing at us as we were trying to pull in the garage. My husband rolled the window down and asked her what her problem was, she screamed at him that we just came in the exit. She followed us into the garage telling us to go back to where we came from. Because we unknowingly entered through the exit? I have never experienced anything like it. I ended up calling the police as she was out of control. Not the greatest experience overall. I would not stay In this property again.

This was the perfect location for mountain access and closeness to town. The Black bus line picks up/drops off right in front of the condo, which made it really convenient to get around. Having access to a hot tub was also really nice. The condo itself is pretty dark (needs more/better lighting) but a great stay overall! Would stay here again!

Felt right at home, but better

Everything about our stay was seamless. The check in process was smooth with VERY friendly personnel. The property is very clean and spacious. If you are looking for a brand new property, this is not for you as it’s part of an older complex, but is truly a great value & very cozy. This property made us feel right at home, but better because we are right by the slopes! The free shuttle (which is the last stop before the slopes, so only about a 2 minute drive) is directly across the street and a short walk even for those uncomfortable walking in ski boots. The home was stocked with most kitchen supplies you would expect and then some you wouldn’t, like a crock pot. You don’t get that at a hotel! There were many small touches like games, movies, music, books etc. It is very obvious the owner takes pride in this place! Would stay again I’m a heartbeat.
