This amazing 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps up to 6 and is within steps to town and all things Breckenridge! Two king sized beds --sleeps 4. For the 2 extra guests, an inflatable "E-Z Bed" full sized/full height bed can be placed in the living room.

The Water House property is a premier lodging destination that is within walking distance of some of Breckenridge's most visited shopping and dining and skiing options. Historic Main Street is steps away as is the QuickSilver Super 6 chair lift
( a quick 5 minute walk around Maggie Pond to get to the lift).

Highly recommend this cozy, pristine, updated, beautifully decorated condo. We loved being near the Peak 9 chairlift and being able to rent and store ski equipment in the adjacent building. We rented a car but never used it because we could walk to everything. One thing I misunderstood is that the cost of the unit does not include parking. You do have to pay extra to park in the heated underground garage, but very convenient. Loved having an outdoor hot tub close by to use after skiing. Can’t say enough about our gracious, thoughtful, responsive host, Lora. She was the best!

Top Notch Breck Condo

We've stayed at a lot of Breckenridge condos and this is the nicest in terms of spaciousness for a 2-bedroom condo, locations, quietness, and comfort. One of the best couches I've sat on and lots of other attention to detail.

This was a wonderful spot - clean, well-appointed, and the host was so gracious. The kitchen had what we needed to do some actual cooking. Check-in was breeze. When we accidentally left an item behind, Lora was responsive even then and helped to arrange for us up pick it up. The views are lovely, and this may sound like a small thing, but so many owners don’t put comfortable furniture in the living room for a family. Lora did! The big sectional was perfect for all four of us to comfortably watch movies in the evening. Stay here! You won’t regret it!

Summer stay

The condo was really great. Better than I expected. Most places I’ve booked on VRBO have been a little poorly maintained but not this one. Everything is in great working order and very clean/updated. The balcony was very nice to enjoy the cool afternoons. The location was perfect for walking down Main Street, our 5 year old had no trouble walking everywhere we wanted to go, including to the breck gondola. The host Lora was very communicative and helpful. We loved it, no complaints.

Amazing all around!

Our family of 5 just stayed for a long weekend and loved this property. Great location (read: walkable) to both town and the lifts. Great location - downtown Breckenridge. It is basically at the end of the street and an easy walk to stores, restaurants and the Quicksilver lift. Place looks great. Bedrooms are very comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked.The apartment is very quiet even though it's close to the Main street.

Very nice condo, excellent location right at the edge of town off Main Street. Could see the ski slopes from sitting on the couch! Property owner was great! Had one little utility hiccup (gas fireplace quit working), owner did her best to get it resolved before we left. Place was great, owner was great, we would definitely stay there again! utilihiccup
