You’re just a quick stroll from downtown Breckenridge and less than a 5-minute walk from the Breck Gondola! You’ll love the private hot tub, gas fireplace, and private bathroom for each bedroom of this gorgeous home. Your group will love it, and you’ll love the price!

The living area features comfortable furnishings and a beautiful river-rock gas fireplace. The large flat-screen TV is perfect for catching your favorite show or watching the game as you relax after a long day of skiing Breckenridge Ski Resort’s world class terrain or shopping on historic Main Street. The kitchen is just off the living area and has everything you need to whip up a culinary masterpiece for the whole gang. There’s plenty of room for everyone at the dining room table, which seat up to 9. And of course, the private hot tub is also the perfect place to rejuvenate after an action-packed day in the Rocky Mountains.

The home also boasts a private attached bathroom for every bedroom, a 1-car garage, and a private laundry area with a washer/dryer. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

- Main floor master suite: beautiful room with big windows and views of the ski slopes, king bed, sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and private attached bathroom with tub/shower. (sleeps 2)
- Living area: sleeper sofa. (sleeps 2)

Our stay at Just Walk Inn Townehome in Breckinridge was awesome. The property was as described and within walking distance to the Gondola, the supermarket, and all of the restaurants and shops. The home was clean, the property management were attentive, and the hot tub was fabulous. I would definitely stay here again!

Place is nice and roomy. Basically enjoyed everything. The only constructive criticism I have is that the hot tub could be cleaner. There was clumps of hair floating around in it.

Bachelorette Weekend!

The location was right off Main Street making it very accessible to all stores and resturants. It was very clean and enough space for my friends and I. The hot tub was great after walking around town all day.

Family vacay in Breck

This house was perfect for the 6 of us! It was clean and had plenty of room for everyone. We all enjoyed being able to walk to Main St. for food and activities.
